Good experience. Although, We took a brand new unit to Anchorage, I was surprised that no one followed up with us to see if the new unit had any issues, which it did. Things I would of wanted repaired when it arrived so that the next customer has a great experience. Customer support when on the road will need to change, and improve. The process in place will NEVER work for U.S. customers.

I really enjoyed my trip and this was a great experience for me and my family. I have some comments though:
The most important feedback about the RV itself is that the right side main door window has a glass that is not a see-through glass, so when I wanted to get in the road from the left side of the road, it was a disaster, as I was not able to see the cars coming form the road! I strongly request the experts to take a look and see what can be done, and hopefully replace those glasses with see-through glass.
Here are some feedback for the process:
1- The pick up from Chicago airport was planned poorly! All of us (nearly 10 folks) were supposed to be picked up around 9am, but the bus arrived at 10:20am!
2- The staff at all steps were so kind and helpful, however, the support website is poorly designed such that the support process becomes hard for the renters and the support team.
Thanks and i hope to use Indie campers vehicles in the future again.

The check-in was a little long due to internet issues at the pickup location in IN (factory).
The vehicles were missing pictures in order to complete the contracts which delayed the process.
Aside from that, the trip was a bliss. The checkout was super easy. Franck was nice enough to give me a ride to the airport after we completed the check-out. Much appreciated, very nice of him.

Unfortunately, the drain hose for the waste water and the fresh water hose were missing. When I asked about them when I picked them up, I was told that they were not supplied by the manufacturer and that I would have to buy them myself.
I had to buy them at Walmart at my own expense. The shower connection was not properly sealed. This should have been noticed during the inspection.
When I returned the vehicle, I was told that I should have been reimbursed for the purchase price of the waste water and fresh water hose??
All in all, an excellent experience and very satisfied with Indie Campers. I would do it again anytime!!

Everything was fine. The only thing missing from the motorhome were cleaning materials, pipes for black and grey water and a hose to fill the water. Check-out was very good.
Todo muy bien. A la autocaravana sólo le faltó material de limpieza, tubería para aguas negras y grises y manguera para llenar el agua. El check-out fue muy bien

Checking in was a bit difficult. However, the team's commitment to explaining the context and the difficulties that arose is worth mentioning. Unfortunately, we lost the first day of our road trip, but we were duly compensated with the extra night and because we had a schedule. Check-out rules should be clearly visible and communicated clearly: we were surprised by unexpected fees at check-out, which caused us some frustration. Otherwise, we would like to thank IndieCampers for this fantastic experience, it was an unforgettable trip.
O check-in foi algo difícil.

We would first like to thank you for the opportunity to be selected as one of the first guests to drive the four winds. It was a great experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat.
However, there were some organizational hiccups upon arrival that delayed our travel by a day as we didn't leave the depot until late afternoon.
We selected the 9am shuttle pickup from the airport, however we didn't leave until 10:30am. As the decision was made to wait for other guests that were delayed. We didn't arrive at the depot until 12:30pm and by the time we were complete with the operational tour of the van and the complete check-out process we didn't leave the warehouse until closer to 4pm.
Some of the vans were still being worked on and supplies were being added even upon arrival.
We would have appreciated a compensation of an extra day from indicampers or even extra miles as we had to make up the adjustments in our journey due to the delay.
I also think going forward having an additional set of hands on board to help things flow would've been extremely helpful:
On arrival all groups should be given a number for when they will be fully registered and checked out.
The first 3 parties should wait in the registration area
Also during this time the maintenance crew should be ensuring the three vehicles are ready to go.
After each party (from the first grouping) is fully checked-in, they can visit their van and begin to get acquainted with the vehicle
Once the first group of three have fully been checked in then their walkthrough/training session should be done.
Once the first group has completed check-in the 2nd group (4,5,6) should be called to the registration area to complete the check-in process.
In addition, I think adding a reference to ensuring the windows are locked in the van prior to taking off, is very helpful. during the training session. We discovered a few days later that the windows were unlocked in the van and thankfully we discovered it just before going through a period of high winds and bad weather. Also, being told we had to purchase additional items for our trip, like the sewer hose, because they didn't ship with the vehicle was also a bit of inconvenience.
Overall, we think the project management part of this project could use a lot more organization and planning going forward. We were very understanding during this process and did appreciate the donuts on arrival. LOL We also appreciated the kindness of the staff members at the pickup location.
We also want to give a special shout out to the WhatsApp support, they are the real MVPs for when we are out on the road and it's nice to know we can rely on them.
Returning the vehicle was a breath of fresh air. The process felt a lot smoother and easy as 1,2,3. The staff was also friendly at the drop off location. Please see my notes in the above section with suggestions.
I’d also like to add that an onboarding welcome booklet should be provided to customers going forward. We had a lot of questions during the online checkin process and felt that we could have saved time if information was noted in a mini onboarding pamphlet.
For example, in the book or email the following should be listed:
* checkin should be completed by a certain date to prevent prices from going up.
* As a customer of the promotion, this will be your charge for additional miles if you go over
* be clear what’s included in the rental. (I only saw this once and always had to refer back to the original deposit email to remember what was included or had to call customer service and sometimes different information was provided.)
* remind guest that if they are 15-30 minutes late for the airport pickup they will need to wait for the next scheduled shuttle.
Overall, a bit of consistency when sharing information across different departments is helpful and puts the customer at ease.
