Why Rent With Indie Campers?

Hubo un par de cosas que estaban rotas (p.ej la mesa interior) y nos hubiera ido bien poder utilizarlas. En caso de no disponer de sábanas, las cuales habíamos solicitado, estaría bien avisar con un poco de antelación. A parte de todo esto el servicio al cliente ha sido fenomenal! Para disfrutar de Suiza la Mercedes Marco Polo es un vehículo ideal por su tamaño y características. El servicio de Indie Campers ha sido genial tanto en el proceso de reserva como en el check out.

There were a couple of things that were broken (e.g. the table inside) and it would have been nice to be able to use them. If sheets were not available, which we had requested, it would be nice to let them know a little in advance. Apart from all this, the customer service has been phenomenal! To enjoy Switzerland, the Mercedes Marco Polo is an ideal vehicle due to its size and features. The service from Indie Campers has been great both in the reservation process and at check out.

Check in was generally great, we even got to take extra cutlery! It was absolutely great to drive around in our little house with the entire family! Ultimate freedom and lovely to be with the kids 24/7

Podrian entregar la mangera para cargar agua con conectores para diferentes canillas. Nos entregaron un camper nuevo, no tuvimos mayores inconvenientes y fue un gusto tener el equipamiento nuevo. Recomendable.

They could provide a hose for filling water with connectors for different taps. They gave us a new camper, we had no major problems and it was a pleasure to have the new equipment. Recommended.

Amazing quick service!! Scott and Heather helped us with the car and were very helpful. Car was clean upon pickup with no complaints. The jeep with tent on top is perfect for 2 people. Great for off-roading and tent is easy to assemble in less than 10 minutes. Used this company for the 2nd time now and would definitely come back again! Fuel level full for collection would be helpful Pots and utensils had some dirt, but nothing major The nomad is the ideal camper for 2 people, and a good size for Scotland roads

Había algunos elementos del vehículo que no estaban bien, como las cortinas por ejemplo, no hemos podido usar algunas porque estaban rotas de antes! Por lo demás todo ha estado perfecto!

There were some elements of the vehicle that were not in good condition, such as the curtains, for example. We were unable to use some of them because they were broken before! Otherwise, everything was perfect!

This is our third time renting from y'all and we'd likely do it again. Vehicle was great (faulty sensor for gray water aside). Upon pickup, vehicle wasn't ready. While this can happen, I'd appreciate a call / notification so i don't have to sit in a parking lot for an hour. Local team tried to make it right and accommodated. We skipped the exterior cleaning so we could get on the road.

No suggestions. The Manager at Las Vegas was absolutely excellent I have rented many times and this latest rental was the best ever. The Trucks internal air conditioning needs improvement but everything else worked perfect and the local team and manager which much more efficient and helpful than any time in the past.

J’aurais préféré récupérer le véhicule et partir directement, le temps de check in est trop long. Pour le reste l’équipe est formidable, le véhicule est très bien.

I would have preferred to pick up the vehicle and leave directly, the check-in time is too long. For the rest the team is great, the vehicle is very good.

Pick up and drop off was simple and fast, rental was great! Only issue was the outdoor shower attachment was broken so we couldn’t use it. Otherwise fantastic experience. Tal was great at both Pick-up and drop off, really appreciated his attention. The Solis was perfect for camping adventures into Mendocino, slightly more rugged off-road tires made driving on logging roads a breeze. Murphy bed was comfortable for two adults and my son slept in the pop up. I could see how pickup could be a bit harder if the office is busy, but the team was working hard and Tal was great to work with. Overall highly recommend for adventures out of SF.

Good job keeping in touch with us. Worked very well for two people. Worked ok for 4 people. One exterior lock broke. Not a big deal.
