You can edit your extras, pick-up time, or return time directly in your Client Area. For bigger updates, like dates, vehicle, or location contact our Support Team.

Early returns are allowed, but unused days aren’t refundable. Extra fees may apply.
See our Change Policy Guide for full details on what can be changed at each stage.

Select your preferred pick-up time during booking or Online Check-in. Early pick-ups (before 11:30 AM) or late returns (after 2:30 PM) may include additional fees.

At pick-up, our team provides a full vehicle introduction, explaining how everything works and answering any questions before you hit the road.

All Indie Campers vans are professionally cleaned and sanitized before each rental, following strict hygiene standards. If the van does not meet cleanliness expectations, report it during the vehicle validation process.
