“It was good, but the pickup time is quite short, and if you travel in the afternoon, you won't make it on time. As for the service, very good, clean, comfortable, and recommended for two people.”
“The van and the trip were amazing and we enjoyed every moment. However, the pick-up was poor and we had to wait 3 hours for the van to be ready as it was not ready at the time of pick-up. It was not clean even though we waited for the guy to clean it. No electricity or water was ready at pick-up, so we had to do this early in our trip. None of our extras were ready and the poor guy had to prepare them all, with lots of reminders. The kitchen kit was not great; we had two pans with lids that didn’t fit. The sofa cushions were the wrong size. Such a shame as we rented in Portugal 2 years ago with a very different experience. The team was very friendly and helpful. I think this was a one-off as the manager was very understanding and apologetic. I would still recommend them and would do it again.”
“I got a good price on my trip, especially because I was able to rent it in Coruña and return it in Madrid. The van is comfortable for cities and beaches. When I had issues with the operation, I was able to resolve it via WhatsApp and by phone. I even managed to extend for an extra day, as I was very pleased with the whole experience.”
