Bergen
“Great overall experience! Small things to note, the bedding kit is very minimal so it would be good to be provided an additional thick blanket or thicker sheets, etc. The vehicle did come with pre-existing damage but it did not affect the function of the van and there were no issues with this. The staff were amazing and very helpful! I got a thorough walkthrough of how the van works and the staff were very patient, kind, and knowledgeable.”
“We called our camper Anna Jones, and we had the best trip. She took us everywhere we wanted to go with ease. Our only downside was the firmness of the bed. Our last campervan had a memory foam topper and it made a massive difference for a good night's sleep.”
“Pickup and dropoff went really smoothly, employees are nice and helpful as well. Had a great 3 week road trip. I had one issue with the van but that was solved within 2 hours and I could continue my journey. Would definitely do it all over again.”
“Overall we had a good experience. We did have some issues with the engine capacity due to a fault with the catalytic converter not working at full capacity.”
“The camper is comfortable and good to drive. The staff is very friendly and helpful.”
“Brilliant service. The van was perfect for our needs. Check-in and check-out processes were fantastic. 10/10 for service. Giancarlo was the absolute best. Give him a pay raise.”
“We had a great time with the campervan. Would recommend!”
“Very good experience with Indie Campers, especially with the team at the vehicle pickup center.”
