“Nice concept, pick up at one place, drop off at another. The explanation during pick up could have been better, the car was also not completely clean (many stains on the seats, cabinets not entirely clean, if you looked closely you would find other people's belongings/trash). We received one blanket too few, which meant one person had no blanket and was therefore cold at night. Moreover, the heater did not work - it did work but the software went into a loop, which meant we couldn't lower the rooftop anymore. After waiting for 3 hours, we finally got assistance via phone and then another 3 hours until there was a solution, which caused us to miss a pre-paid activity without a refund, which is unfortunate especially when it's out of your control. But other than that, a nice experience!”

“We were able to start right after the introduction, the camper was easy to drive and operate, everything was quickly set up for the night and taken down again in the morning. It was a very pleasant trip. Anytime again!”
