Longer power cable and longer fresh water hose The first van had a technical defect after 100 km. The exchange for another van (back at the pick-up station) worked well and quickly.
Längeres Stromkabel und längerer Frischwasserschlauch Der erste Van hatte einen technischen Defekt nach 100 km. Der Umtausch gegen einen anderen Van (zurück an der Pick-up-Station) funktionierte gut und schnell.

Maybe it would be better to get a new vehicle to rent. Otherwise everything was good. It was fun!
Vielleicht wäre es besser, ein neues Fahrzeug zu in Vermietung zu bekommen. Sonst alles gut. Hat Spaß gemacht!

The camper we booked had a broken air conditioning but this was perfectly solved. After waiting a while we got an upgrade to a larger / more expensive model at no extra cost. We also got a free late checkout to compensate for the wait for the replacement camper.
Had a very nice holiday and was treated very nicely when picking up and returning.
De camper die we geboekt hadden had een defecte airco maar dit is perfect opgelost. Na even wachten kregen we een upgrade naar een groter / duurder model zonder extra kosten. Tevens kregen we een gratis late checkout ter compensatie op het wachten op
de vervangende camper.
Erg fijne vakantie gehad en zeer netjes behandeld bij het ophalen en weer inleveren.

It was really fun with this camper. I rented it with my girlfriend. Everything worked out. There was enough energy and water for a week. Perfect!

Hat echt spaß gemacht mit dieses Camper. Ich habe es mit meine Freundin gemietet. Hat alles geklappt. Energie und Wasser waren genug für eine Woche. Einwandfrei!

Matrasses or toppers can be improved.
If it would be my own vehicle. I would for sure choose another matras / topper to sleep on. The Check-out was perfect.
We could leave the Van at the Indie Camper Property and drop the key in a box.
Afterwards I got a call from the Indie Camper team that everything was ok. So that is very nice way of working.

Alles super! Super netter Mitarbeiter hat alle Fragen beantwortet und alles erklärt. Das Auto war top gepflegt und fast nagelneu. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe verlief problemlos und alles ging sehr schnell, so dass man keine Zeit vom Urlaub im Camper verliert.

A few small technical defects. It would be good if these were checked beforehand, it took a little longer to check in. Overall very satisfied, contact during the trip also worked well.
Ein paar kleine Technische Defekte. Wäre gut, wenn sowas vorher geckeckt wird, hat beim Einchecken etwas länger gedauert. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden, auch der Kontakt während der Reise hat gut funktioniert.

The initial order was for the Nomad model. This has since been changed to the Atlas 5. I didn't pay attention, perhaps clearer/additional information about the change would have been helpful. But everything went well/smoothly, with the help of the excellent on-site service. Best regards, 1A service from the on-site employee!

Initial Auftrag war das Modell Nomad gebucht. Dieses würde zwischenzeitlich geändert, zum Atlas 5. Ich habe dar nicht aufgepasst, vielleicht wäre eine klarere/zusätzliche Info der Änderung hilfreich. Ist aber alles gut / glatt gelaufen, mit Hilfe der exzellenten Service Vorort. Mit herzlichen Grüßen 1A Service vom Mitarbeiter Vorort!

Plan better when picking up, otherwise everything was great. Mohamad was very friendly and had an answer to all questions. We'd be happy to come back next time! Great equipment, great service. Mohamad was able to answer all of our questions. Everything was uncomplicated and went smoothly, both when picking up and returning the car. TOP 10 stars

I had a wonderful and wild adventure and will definitely come back! To enjoy the best possible comfort and the greatest possible freedom while traveling on the roads of Europe, the Fiat van is exactly the right motorhome. It is maneuverable, adapts to every roundabout and is not too long when parking. Inside, it has enough space for everything you need. Reduce to the minimum, at its best.

Ich hatte eine schöne und wilde Abenteuerzeit und komme bestimmt wieder! Um unterwegs auf den Straßen Europas den bestmöglichen Comfort zu genießen und die größtmögliche Freiheit auszukosten, ist der Fiat-Kasten das genau richtige Reisemobil. Denn er ist wendig, passt sich jedem Kreisverkehr an und überfordert nicht mit zu viel Länge beim Einparken. Innen hat er genug Platz für alles, was nötig ist. Reduce to the min, at it´s best.

May be is good to share more details about using of heating on gas. But with the help of customer support the issue was solved very quickly.

May be there is a room for improvement of the process after drop off. For example to send a notification when the deposit is released and or for what exactly is the additional fee.
