“The van and the trip was amazing and we enjoyed every moment. However the pick up was poor and had to wait 3 hours for the van to be ready as was not ready at the time of pick up. It was not clean even though we waited for the guy to clean it. No electric or water ready on pick up so had to do this early in our trip. None of our extras were ready and the poor guy had to make them all up ready. With lots of reminders. The kitchen kit was not amazing, we had two pans with lids that didn’t fit. The sofa cushions were the wrong size. Such a shame as we rented in Portugal 2 years ago with a very different experience. The team were very friendly and helpful. I think this was a one off as the manger was very understand and apologetic. I would still recommend them and would do it again. ”
