About us

Indie Campers makes road-trip planning easy and personalised thanks to our digital platform and round-the-clock support. We operate in 100+ locations across Europe, North America and Oceania, offering modern campervans and motorhomes, one-way options and unlimited mileage on our own fleet so you can travel with confidence.

Our Story

Founded in 2013 in Lisbon by two good friends, we believe everyone deserves the thrill and independence of a road trip, and our purpose is to make travelling on the road accessible and effortless for everyone. Since then we've supported 350,000+ road trips across more than 20 countries, welcoming nearly 850,000 customers from more than 130 nationalities.

We combine an owned fleet of 10,000+ modern vehicles with a peer-to-peer marketplace across Europe, expanding choice and availability while ensuring consistent quality across our fleet and hosts. For those ready to move from renting to owning, we also offer Campervan sales across our regions, extending the road trip experience.
