How Campervan Hire Works

• A modern Campervan suited to your group size
• Comfortable mattresses
• Kitchen kit: cookware, plates, cutlery, sponge and more
• Cleaning kit
• A 220 V charging cable with an adapter
• Unlimited mileage (subject to responsible use)
• Basic Protection Plan ($2935 liability with $2348 deposit)
• 24/7 support from our team while you're away

• Service Fee: We charge a service fee of 10% of the total booking value (excluding protection plans) to ensure your Indie Campers rental meets our high standards.
• Preparation Fee: We charge a one-off cleaning & handover fee that varies depending on location and vehicle.
• Insurance Fee: We charge €15.09 for compliance and coverage.
• Refundable Deposit: We collect a refundable deposit ranging from €500 to €2,000 depending on your protection plan (currency depends on pick-up location). It ensures the safe return of the vehicle and protects Indie Campers or the host from any traffic fines, tolls or other misuse of the equipment.

You can edit your extras, pick-up or return time directly in your Client Area. For bigger changes, like dates, vehicle or location, contact our Support Team.

Early returns are allowed, but unused days aren’t refundable. Extra fees may apply.
See our Change Policy Guide for full details of what can be changed at each stage.

Select your preferred pick-up time during booking or online check-in. Early pick-ups (before 11:30) or late returns (after 14:30) may include additional fees.

At pick-up, our team will give you a full vehicle introduction, explain how everything works and answer any questions before you set off.

All Indie Campers vans are professionally cleaned and sanitised before each rental, following strict hygiene standards. If the van doesn't meet your cleanliness expectations, report it during the vehicle validation process.
