The Indie Campers' Fast Track Programme is on!
Did you just finish your Bachelor's or Master's degree? Are you eager to join an international company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment?
This programme has been developed to identify highly talented graduates looking for a unique opportunity to start their career in a dynamic, fast-growing and innovative company.
The final candidates will join the team as Analysts with a paid full-time agreement for 12 months, starting in January 2023 or September 2023.
The Fast Track Programme is designed to boost your talent and accelerate your personal and professional growth. Your performance will be reviewed every 6 months and top Performers will receive a permanent contract by the end of the programme.

If you are looking for...
..a hands-on experience in several business areas such as:
Strategy and Business Development
Marketplace Operations (3P Rentals)
Conversion and Monetisation (3P Rentals)
And you have/are…
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any academic area, with a preference for Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, or Finance.
- A solid academic background and active engagement in extracurricular activities (e.g., sports, professional experience, personal projects)
- Fresh out of university or with up to 2 years of professional experience
- Fluent in English (Mandatory)
- Ambitious, self-driven, and with an entrepreneurial attitude, hard-working, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges, and creating impact.
