ToiletAmazing experience travelling Australia and the van never missed a beat. On drop off, Ingrid and David were so helpful and the process was so smooth! They went the extra mile and were so helpful. We loved the whole experience. We did try to contact customer support a few times, wishing we could have spoken to an actual person in the Australian office. Also, on pick up from Sydney, it would have been great to be informed about the tolls, as when we checked, there were lots of payments from the previous person who had the van when I checked the registration plate.
I enjoyed my experience with Indie. The caravan is well-equipped and the rental process was easy.
I hire out of Vienna yearly. First time hiring out of my home in Brisbane. Fantastic crew service and the car was new and perfect. Indie. I just don’t consider anyone else. The best again. Thank you.
