Make sure all items are present. We missed some kitchen utensils. Nice check-in. Furthermore, some kitchen utensils were missing. Otherwise had a good experience. The windshield wipers work less well.
Zorgen dat alle spullen aanwezig zijn. We miste een aantal keukengerei Fijne incheck. Verder miste er wat keukengerei. Goede ervaring verder gehad. De ruitenwissers doen het minder.

Customer service when we arrived was a bit chaotic, signs with explanations would help. Furthermore the employees were helpful. Great new van!
De klantenservice wanneer we aankwamen was wat chaotisch, borden met uitleg zouden helpen. Verder waren de medewerkers behulpzaam. Great new van!

Easy check in and out. It would have been nice to let us know their were both Cali gas and Flo gas propane bottles. The label was worn off on the Cali gas so we spent hours in each town looking for Flo gas , which no one has! It was wonderful to have a hot shower, toilet,sink and stove! What a luxury way to travel.

Give full gas bottle at arrival and full tank of gas. Especially Hen you pay 80£ for gas bottle and your bottle doesn't last a week with only cooking and no heating or showers. Campervan was really great but some services could have been better.
For 2 people, this van is awesome!

The van rental was great. There were a few things that were not made clear when we arrived, such as the need for AdBlue, and our level of cleanliness that was expected on return. All things worked out fine in the end, but the main pickup point is in quite disarray, which made it very hard to even find these questions in the first place. Other than that, the staff were good and the rental was good too

Unfortunately there were no curtains to cover the glass in front and we had to make do with some sheets. For the rest, a super positive experience!
Purtroppo mancavano le tende per coprire il vetro davanti e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con qualche telo. Per il resto esperienza super positiva!

A única coisa que podia ter sido mais clara foi a impossibilidade de ter Wi-Fi na caravana apesar de termos contratado o serviço. Fácil de usar.

The van was old model, some problems with the engine. We could do all trip without problems but is not fair to have alarms in a Rental car The experience was good, we can complain because the van was a little bit old and there was some parts brocken. Nothing important that afect our trip.

The vehicle we rented was brand new and we had a problem with the gas. Fortunately we noticed it the same evening and we were still in Edinburgh. We were able to go back to the depot so that someone could fix it, as it was impossible to do it ourselves. Small suggestion: before returning a vehicle, perhaps it would be useful to check that the appliances are working properly? The vehicle was well adapted to our needs for a first experience, and in relation to the infrastructure of the country visited.
Le véhicule que nous avons loué était tout neuf et nous avons eu un souci de fonctionnement pour le gaz. Heureusement nous nous en sommes aperçu le soir même et nous étions encore à Edimbourg. Nous avons pu repasser par le dépôt pour que quelqu'un puisse le régler, comme c'était impossible de le faire nous même. Petite suggestion : avant de remettre un véhicule, peut-être serait-il utile de vérifier que les appareils fonctionnent bien ? Le véhicule était bien adapté à nos besoins pour une première expérience, et par rapport aux infrastructures du pays visité.
