“We really liked the VW California Beach and didn’t have any major problems with it. It was easy to use and the car was modern. We were given excellent guidance both when collecting and returning the vehicle. The extras (kitchen and cleaning supplies) were very limited. We found ourselves missing a second cloth, a vegetable peeler, a tea towel, a good knife, a cereal bowl, washing-up liquid, etc. Check everything carefully again during online check-in – in our case, a booking change was made without us being informed. We were able to sort this out, but only because we’d checked everything thoroughly ourselves.”
“We campervan was in perfect condition, we had everything we needed. The personnel in Stockholm is really nice. But, we have s problem with booking true the web page, and then we talked with AI which did not solve the problem. They at the end did the compensation for all the troubleswe had. So at the end, we would recommend indie campers to others. ”
