• Service Fee: We charge a service fee of 10% of the total booking value (excluding protection plans), ensuring your Indie Campers hire experience meets the highest standards.
• Preparation Fee: We charge a one-time cleaning & handover fee that varies based on location/vehicle
• Insurance Fee: We charge $15,09 for compliance and coverage.
• Refundable Deposit: We collect a deposit value that can range between €500 to €2,000 considering your protection plan (currency depends on pickup location). It ensures the safe return of the vehicle and protects Indie Campers or the host from any traffic violations, toll charges, or other misuses of the equipment. 

You can edit your extras, pick-up time, or return time directly in your Client Area. For bigger updates, like dates, vehicle, or location contact our Support Team.

Early returns are allowed, but unused days aren’t refundable. Extra fees may apply.

Select your preferred pick-up time during booking or Online Check-in. Early pick-ups (before 11:30 AM) or late returns (after 2:30 PM) may include additional fees.

At pick-up, our team provides a full vehicle introduction, explaining how everything works and answering any questions before you hit the road.

All Indie Campers vans are professionally cleaned and sanitised before each hire, following strict hygiene standards. If the van does not meet cleanliness expectations, report it during the vehicle validation process.
