Indie Campers, the world’s leading campervan hire platform, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Just Go and Bunk Campers, the two European brands of Tourism Holdings Limited (THL), a New Zealand–headquartered global campervan operator, including their fleet and operations.
This transaction, valued at a net amount of £22.7 million, represents an important step in Indie Campers’ long-term strategy to strengthen its platform and further consolidate its position in Europe, one of the fastest-growing road trip regions, while continuing to scale globally across three continents.
