“I hire out of Vienna yearly. First time hiring out of my home in Brisbane. Fantastic crew service and the car was new and perfect. Indie. I just don’t consider anyone else. The best again. Thank you. ”

“**Our First RV Motorhome Adventure – An Amazing Experience\! 🚐❤️** This was our first time travelling in an RV motorhome suitable for six people, and what an absolutely amazing experience it was\! We loved every minute of our adventure\. Travelling was easy, the campsites were beautiful, and having the freedom to explore different places made the trip even more special\. The motorhome was largely self\-powered by solar panels, which was great, although it was handy to plug into powered sites whenever they were available\. The customer service and human interaction we experienced were absolutely fantastic\. The team we met when picking up the motorhome were brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to work with\. They took the time to share their knowledge and made us feel comfortable and confident before setting off\. The return and checkout process was also excellent, and we couldn’t fault the staff or the service we received in person\. The only area that really needs improvement is the **online booking process**\. We found booking the motorhome a horrible experience, which was disappointing considering how amazing everything else was\. Having more opportunities to speak directly with the team, ask questions and receive assistance rather than having to navigate everything through the app would make the process so much easier and more enjoyable for customers\. Apart from the online booking experience, we absolutely loved everything about travelling in the RV\. It was an incredible way to holiday, explore new places and make wonderful memories together\. A huge thank you to the amazing team at **Pick Up Indy** for making our pickup, return and overall experience so enjoyable\. Your friendliness, knowledge and outstanding customer service made a real difference\. We loved the whole RV experience and would happily do it all again\. Here’s to many more adventures\! ❤️🚐”
“Really liked the van but a Mirror and more hooks for towels and clothes should be installed and towels should be provided in general ”
“A really smooth and easy process with the vehicle and has everything you need, I would highly recommend! ”
“Excellent motorhome to rent while on holiday!”
