We loved our experience renting a trailer from Indie Campers! Everything was pretty clean even though the trailer had just been returned from Burning Man (my wife still went in and wiped everything down ‘cause it doesn’t hurt to be extra cautious). Our only problem with the trailer itself was that we couldn’t find the water heater, but thankfully the campsite we were at had hot showers. Loved the full size fridge, freezer, and lots of cabinet space. We did run into some mechanical issues (ie: manual trailer jack wasn’t working, so we had to get it removed). When we reached out to customer service about getting roadside assistance, it took them three days to find someone to send out, and they were going to charge us $500 . . . Luckily, we found a mechanic for the venue who removed the jack for us for free. Customer service responses through WhatsApp were slow, but we understand that’s not necessarily the company’s fault. Yes, we would rent from Indie Campers again, but understand that you’ll basically be on your own when it comes to problem-solving and getting repairs. You’re gonna have to pay out of pocket and (hopefully) get reimbursed. But the reimbursement process happens through WhatsApp and not through the depot you rented from. That can be very frustrating, so it helps to be calm, patient, and expect that it’s not going to be perfect.
The staff at Indie Campers in Las Vegas were helpful, supportive, and friendly throughout the check-in, inspection, and checkout process. I recommend traveling in their trailers and RVs. Just make sure they show you how to use the systems in the trailer and demonstrate how to use it. This ensures you'll have a great time and won't have to deal with any possible issues on your trip.
We were happy with the trailer and had a nice first time experience.

Yes, you can tow Trailer Standard with a regular car and a standard Category B driving licence—the same licence used to drive a car—provided the car and trailer combination meets the weight limits permitted by your licence and local regulations. Your car must have suitable towing equipment and enough towing capacity for the trailer’s loaded weight. Before booking, check your car’s towing capacity and the trailer’s weight, which you’ll find on the vehicle page.
