In case of damage

In case of damage you can count on us. If something happens during your trip, always contact us and the host to discuss how to proceed. So make sure you have both contact data with you. You will also need a copy of the primary insurance of the camper. Please make sure you receive it, when you pick up your camper.

In case you cannot drive anymore, please contact roadside assistance. They will help you and together with the host you can decide what is the best course of action. All contact info should be shared with you at the time of your booking and when you pick up your camper.

In case of an accident, theft or relevant event, contact the police and make sure you get a police report to send to our claims provider and the host. Also make sure you fill in the European Accident form that you receive with your camper and if relevant check that the other party also fills it in. Use the information of the primary insurance (green card) to fill in this form. A copy of this form also needs to be sent to our claims provider and the host.

In order to facilitate the claim handling, we also strongly advise you to take pictures of the situation before you move the camper at the accident location. Pictures of the damage and involved other vehicles are also advised.

When handing in your camper, check the damage together with the host and take extra video and pictures if needed with the help of the app that the host has. Together you fill in the hand-over form, describe the damage and the cause. Make sure you share copies of all relevant documents with the host.
