It was a very good experience, very good customer service when checking in and out, the only drawbacks were that there was a drawer that didn't close properly and the table leg was a little loose. Otherwise, a highly recommended experience!
Fue una experiencia muy buena, muy buena atención al cliente al hacer el check in y check out, únicas pegas fue que había un cajón que no cerraba del todo bien y la pata de la mesa que estaba un poco suelta. Por lo demás experiencia muy recomendable!

UPDATED ROADMAPS For our roadtrip (1week with 4 people, allmost sunny weather) the van was more than enough... for longer tours and probably rainy weather we recommend a bigger size

We were missing the water hose, and to level the motorhome, plus toilet tablets, they only gave us 3 for 16 days. Everything was great! I will choose them again as long as I don't get any unexpected or unannounced charges at checkout. Thank you.
Nos falto la manguera de agua, y para nivelar el motorhome, más pastillas para inodoro solo nos dieron 3 para 16 días. Todo muy bien! Volveré a elegirlos siempre y cuando no me llegue ningún contra cargo NO esperado ni anunciado en el checkout. Gracias

When we got the camper it could have been cleaned better. There were still crumbles and hair. Nothing dramatic, but it could have been done better. Also, I had to fill the AdBlue. The toilet didn’t have a cap so we weren’t able to use - hope to get a refund for that. Otherwise great van & informative staff made pickup very easy. Great size van for traveling small roads - glad we went with the smaller version. Easy process for pickup.

BBQ should come with utensils
Maybe include a tea towel to dry the dishes
Include a spray bottle to clean and wipe down surfaces
Speakers could do with an upgrade.

In my opinion you don’t need to change anything Vehicle was good but the power cable was not working properly in the beggining. But was solved the issue quicky
