The staff was great as well for drop-off/checkout. It was a very easy and quick process even on a very busy day. Having the drop off right outside of the airport is extremely convenient and they provide a shuttle system that can drive you to the airport for a charge as an option.

Reception and delivery of the vehicle was excellent. Special mention to Ernesto who explained everything related to the motorhome. Kind and helpful. Great ease at Indie Campers Zurich, who spoke in Spanish. They gave us a brand new motorhome with only 40 km. Equipped with kitchen utensils, sheets, and a comforter. A nice touch when returning it, they took us to the station. Without a doubt, we will hire Indie Campers again. Thank you for being part of this adventure.

We had 3 kids and 2 parents in the campervan. The setup for the 5th kids seat was super easy. 2 kids slept in the back, parents in the upper ceiling bed, and 1 kid in the convertible bed. Comfortable and fun. For the summer months, we recommend bringing a portable fan (we had 2 battery-powered fans with us, and that air movement saved us during hot nights). Even the manual shift was easy to operate. It took a second to realize that the driver and passenger seats could be adjusted downward -- recommend only doing that adjustment while stopped.
