I honestly had a great experience. Andres was fantastic and I would do this again. I would’ve loved it if someone maybe contacted us like 1-2 weeks prior to our trip to suggest ideas, guidance, etc. As a newbie, it’s always good to hear recommendations from seasoned experts. Also, if there’s a community, that’d be fantastic because we’d share experiences, dos and don’ts.

Very good vehicle, lots of storage, very practical. However, the provided equipment is not ideal: while the essential kit contains 1 table and 4 chairs, it only includes pillows/blankets for one bed, which is for 2 people. There are no towels. The chairs were mismatched and too low compared to the table. Some kitchen equipment was missing.

The local team, both in Valencia and Florence, was really kind; don't be scared by the fact that there are no local phone numbers on the internet. The girl who welcomed me in Florence was the epitome of kindness, hospitality, and professionalism. The camper worked well, was clean, and had only a minor factory defect on one door, nothing serious. They returned the deposit to me, and everyone, truly everyone, was super kind.
