Everything went well, only thing is you need to train all young stuff to do handover correctly and give all necessary information. Our guy was in training and missed quite few things we had to find out ourselves. Also, a decent knife would be appreciated. 3 weeks is a long time to go without anything sharp to cut food with. Other than that, all good Campervan was easy to drive and functional. It allowed us to see things we wouldn’t have been able to see on a cruise. It never broke down which was a bonus.

Solar panels would be a great idea and would turn these vans into a 10. With solar panels it would already be a 10.

Check in was generally great, we even got to take extra cutlery! It was absolutely great to drive around in our little house with the entire family! Ultimate freedom and lovely to be with the kids 24/7

Superb friendly staff on site who were both knowledgeable and also really honest with warnings about where damage has frequently occurred in the past (for example the Thule awning suffering wind damage). It was a shame given this the awning did not come with the wind supports that are designed for it (or at least the option). The protection coverage (including the supposed "premium protection" we paid decent money for) is a complete joke. It was not made clear at the point of purchase that coverage excluded all weather damage, damage from animal collision, theft or vandalism. I understand you would not cover damage from negligent driving/wheels/damage below wheel lines/roof damage. But the coverage you have provided is so restrictive as to be non existent and this needs to be much clearer on your website at point of purchase. To reiterate though, the staff on site have been excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

Réparer les petits problèmes avant de louer le véhicule: rideau de douche défectueux (il manquait les accroches pour bien l'installer), rideau de fenêtre qui ne fonctionne pas. Mais sinon le véhicule était très bien. Super séjour avec indie camper.

Bring a broom to clean the interior and mops. Fix small problems before renting the vehicle: defective shower curtain (it was missing the hooks to install it properly), window curtain that does not work. But otherwise the vehicle was very good. Great stay with indie camper.

Could have done with some advice on tolls. We didn’t realise they were something we needed to know about. Also didn’t do a full interior check and found some areas damaged by previous users that we are concerned about being charged for. As stated with the check in comment only issue was about the quality of the interior. We were reassured this wouldn’t be an issue for us. Jorg was super friendly and helpful during our checkout. Helping with finding a taxi and giving restaurant suggestions for lunch.

Estaría bien unas pinzas para la ropa…e incluso una tendedera o una cuerda. Tuvimos que comprar un felpudo…una escoba para la limpieza. Las tapas de los calderos que coincidan con los tamaños. La experiencia fue muy buena…repetiríamos sin pensarlo!!

Clothespins would be nice…and even a clothesline or a rope. We had to buy a doormat…a broom for cleaning. The lids for the cauldrons that match the sizes. The experience was very good…we would repeat without thinking twice!!

We would have liked to have a sweeping-brush and new windshield wipers! Would also appreciate a walk through on how to use the awning correctly!

Lots of the catches and blinds didn’t work properly. Fridge handle was missing - fridge wasn’t particularly clean. Van could have done with some maintenance to fix minor faults. Kitchen equipment not great - no tin opener, pans with wrong sized lids that didn’t fit. Basic things like an extra tea towel and cleaning spray would have helped. All very minor and cheap to fix but would make a big difference e.g a kettle for the stove and a plug for the sink. Other than that we had a great time. People at drop off and pick up all super helpful. See above

Fantastic experience! Two minor suggestions Longer power cable would be useful. One bigger pot for cooking pasta ;)

Window screens were inoperable until we fixed them. Kitchen lights never turned on. The pillows were small and of low quality. Coffee mugs should be included as well as a level for parking. We ended up providing the van with hangars we purchased, as well as paper towels, dish towels, and hand soap for the bathroom. Bath towels should be included in the bedding kit, or provided at an additional cost. The kitchen window was inoperable immediately, so we were never able to use it during the trip. If you tried to open it, it would just fall. Additionally, for the price we paid to rent the vehicle, it really should come will a FULL tank of propane, no questions. We were never really sure if we needed a new one and the propane tank empty indicator was on almost the whole trip. The van itself is nice, but seems to be made with some cheap, plastic parts (hinges, window latches and screens, etc). This could very easily lead to broken parts that i assume the customer will have to pay for in the future. Overall, we did really enjoy our experience. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The van location is easy to find and so close to the airport.

The 5. seat was not so good. It was expensive, but we had a nice holyday with the camper.

An optional bike rack would be nice Great vehicles, friendly helpful staff. Nice easy pick up location.

Alle Funktionen sollten vor Übergabe überprüft werden. Herd, Grauwassertank, Gas... Wir hatten leider einige Probleme und benotigten Support. z.t. schnellere Antworten erwünscht. Sonst perfekt.

All functions should be checked before handover. Stove, grey water tank, gas... Unfortunately we had a few problems and needed support. In some cases faster answers would have been appreciated. Otherwise perfect.

Aleksander was very quick and helped us with everything at check out, a very good experience, very happy with the treatment and how the whole trip went despite a bad start, I will repeat with indie campers my next time.

Brand new vehicle, fantastic 8l/100km fuel consumptions. Very warm in the winter. Automatic driveshift was very agile 3 people sleeping one bed each, very comfortable(10 min of preparation before going to bed) 2000km from Trondheim to Oslo, Sandefjord, Heddal, Bergen, Geilo Flåm, Voss, Oppdal.

Great check-in service. Very helpful staff. Great service. Just for ease when returning, a small hand brush included to make final clean sweeping interior would be handy. Also a guide to where to find gas refills would be handy. Great service, thanks Jorg!
