Pas de remarque particulière, voyage très agréable, bon confort de conduite et de logement. Véhicule facilement manœuvrable. Très bonne expérience. Parfait compromis pour se faufiler partout sans délaisser la partie habitabilité.

Bel accueil de l'équipe, explication un peu rapide . Ce qui explique que nous avons eu quelques avaries sur le van, des équipements cassés non signalés à la prise du véhicule. je pense que du coup beaucoup de client forcent et cassent car la base des ouvertures n'est pas montrée. Dans notre cas : fenêtres, toile extérieure dont les bras étaient cassés, qui nous ont un peu déçus, mais le van est très bien et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Un bémol sur les "matelas" très dur. Problème sur le check out. Le dépôt est fermé le dimanche. A signaler en amont voyons! Nous ne nous serions pas pressés pour le rdv de 10h (heure par défaut sans supplément). Et si nous avions reçu la procédure de dépôt autonome avant (voir au check in, on aurait été prêts et nous n'aurions pas attendu 2h30 les instructions. Ce qui laisse une impression négative. Petite note les boite à clé à Toulouse sont derrière un portail qu'il faut franchir (il est haut). Une boîte à clé près de la boite au lettre est une idée. Sinon le geste commercial non demandé est très gentil. Merci encore à tous. C'était une bonne expérience!

Affordable, friendly staff, each live chat to get help at all moment of the process. Easy to pick up and drop off the van (althougn public transport is not very accessible to get there). Staff was very helpful, helped setting up the van and make sure everything was explained well to avoid any issues.

The depots are not as labelled,hard to get to The man working at the depot was brilliant,very helpful gave us a good walk round of the van and explained everything thoroughly. Any questions were answered. Thankyou to him.

Perfect check-in! A few details worked moderately (tablets that don't hold, window that doesn't stay open, etc.) But everything else went very well!

Our experience was very positive. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions.

The interior fixtures and fittings were sometimes dated and faulty/damaged such as a couple of the cupboard doors, windows, blinds and stereo which did not work. I was expecting to have reverse parking sensors and/or a rear camera. Overall we had a good experience.

We had an amazing trip in unexpected sun in October. Our rep at indecampers was very good , had to stay late as our plane was delayed . Communication with inde campers about pick up and drop off however was difficult . The location is a bit remote and expensive to transfer to airport A warmer duvet needed at this time of year - it’s cold at night in the mountains . The interior was a bit tired but it’s the end of the season

Loved my camper experience! The Nomad drives great. It’s the perfect size for 1-2 people. The camping chairs were so comfy to Lounge in after our long hikes. This was my first camper experience and now I’m hooked! I will continue to rent with Indie in the future, everyone was very helpful with check in and out making the whole experience smooth. Having the WhatsApp help desk was also so amazing! What a great idea and peace of mind out on the road. In the construction of these i would recommend them to leave door under the fridge off and instead have shelves with a mesh/net front to keep things from sliding - or just drawers are great. Also the shelves above the dinner table could use some mesh/netting to keep things from sliding off.

The overall was great! We would suggest to add the instructions to get more easily to the van deposit. When you book the van you only see that the place of collection is Toulouse, then you understand that you should reach another town, 30 minutes away with the train. When we arrived at the station near the deposit we tried to call taxis but nothing was available. thankfully Thanusha, which has been GREAT, contacted us and collect us at the station. He also explained us that another station was closer (this station was not mentioned on Google maps when we set our itinerary) .

We were really happy with the experience, Famara was very kind and professional, keeping in touch via text if we had any issues. The only thing that would have been easier would be if we could have dropped the camper at the airport rather than at the depot which is quite a distance from the airport.

The check in was great, the guy at the reception was very helpful!!! Very quick and professional. the vehicle was running smooth and we had no problems. Very recommended!!!
