The rental was correct, the guy at check-in was super nice and explained everything in detail. We didn't like that the all-risk insurance does not cover above or below the windows, so you rent the camper van with fear. Aside from some things that didn't work properly, everything else was very good. During check-out, the guy was again super patient and explained everything.

Mark was very helpful at check out, we were glad he helped us through the delivery process.

Need a 50ft extension cord and emergency hazard.

Practical, modern and clean. Plenty of space and a great way to travel through the great big country of Canada.

It was a great experience, plenty of room for 4-5 people and it was very easy to operate.

Super spacious camper with all the bells and whistles. We loved the spacious shower and bathroom and the convection oven with air fryer was a welcome upgrade. We rented a smaller Indie Van on our previous trip to Colorado and really enjoyed having the extra space. Especially the huge storage compartment on the outside - so nice to store all your outdoor gear without getting the actual van dirty on the inside which is the case if you get vans with under bed storage. Parallel to our checkout a family with stroller and lots of baby gear checked in and they easily stored all of the gear in the storage department - so super nice if you are traveling with kids as well!

Overall a very good experience! It was my first time driving a motorhome and it was easier than expected. The whole reservation process with Indie campers was very easy and they helped me a lot with all the process and problems that we had before getting the campervan. During the trip the RV (Four Winds) was very comfortable and it was very easy to use, and park. It has bluetooth which was great, and we got all the essential kits and we had a great time. The only things that weren't that great was that the generator wasn't working, which wasn't a problem to us since we didn't miss it too much, and they told us we would get a refund for that (am still waiting for it rn). Also, there was no water at pick-up which was probably the most uncomfortable thing for us, since we were expecting to have some water to start the trip and it took us about 3 days to get some water. We told the team and they told us that they didn't have to give us water at pick-up which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the trip was very good, the motorhome worked very well, and I would recommend Indie Campers!

The van has everything you need for a great road trip. The heater is great, the bed is pretty comfy and it's a lovely van to drive.

Don’t know if you do, but an internet/wifi option would be great to have available (if reasonably priced)

Trip was fantastic! The van was totally off-grid ready and very easy to use. Almost brand new. Zero problems and I would do it again anytime!

More reactivity would have been better. The AI chat is not perfect but okay.

Max was a great help at check-in and check-out. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Super vehicle, perfect for two people. Very good equipment, it's a lot of fun! Also still practical for driving in cities.
