Make iteasier to connect and deal with customer service while on the road. Campervan was great and as expected, very clean upon arrival. We were given an extra duvet which was much appreciated on cold nights

Overall, excellent experience as a first timer RV user. Couple of things would like to call out are: 1. Constant rattling noise from the cover of the gas cook which ruins the music. Need to secure those covers. 2. One page cheat sheet printout of how electronics and hot water works. ( Was briefed by the on-site person but one get easily forget Otherwise, lovely experience. Duncan and Matty at the depot were very courteous and helpful so my BIG THANK YOU to both of them. Overall, excellent service and Van. Mine was pretty much new. Only suggestions are 1. Make sure gas and sink covers are tight enough in closing position so that it does not make rattling noise during driving 2. One page instruction print out for quick reference on how electronics/shower/toilet/gas etc...works ( Particularly helpful to newbies like me) I used it for only 2 day trip to 70km away from Sydney but definitely going to use for longer trip in future Highly recommended.
