The user guides and explanatory videos should be available in more languages, such as Spanish. Even though the vehicle had some minor defects, the experience was fantastic. We will definitely return with Indie Campers. The staff, both at check-in and check-out, were super friendly. Thank you very much.
Que las guías de uso y los videos explicativos estén disponibles en más idiomas, como el español. Aunque el vehículo tuviera algunos desperfectos menores, la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Sin duda alguna volveremos a repetir con Indie Campers. El personal, tanto en el check-in como el check-out, ha sido super amable. Muchas gracias.

The pick up process was a bit messy and long, but it was not Stuttgart's team fault, but the reservations and unexpected changes The Stuttgart team is great, despite some inconveniences with the pick up process (due to reservation unexpected changes), they did a great job solving any problem that came up. The van (was in great conditions and made us live an awesome experience.

Very good reception. Minor defect on the water heater. The van model with the bed on the roof is nicer than the one with the bunk beds in the back.
Très bon accueil. Défaut mineur sur le chauffage de l’eau. Le modèle de fourgon avec le lit sur le toit est plus agréable que celui avec les couches superposées à l’arrière.

The window cover on the side was broken and the fridge opens sometimes. Other than that, great experience! Great!

The employee at check-in was very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately the car was damaged and the water tank didn't work. The employee at Eich couldn't repair it. So he did his best.
Otherwise everything was fine. The car was fine. Only the water tank didn't work. Otherwise everything was fine.

Leider das Auto hatte Schaden undzwar Wassertank hat nicht funktioniert. Der Mitarbeiter von Eich könnte es nicht reparieren. Also er hat sein bestes gegeben.

The cleaning of the cupboards needs to be improved and the use of the mosquito net on the side door Everything was very good. We had a great van trip thanks to indie Campers. For a first it was very successful. We highly recommend the experience

Great experience from start to finish. The Nomad pop top camper we had was fantastic !! Everything worked a treat. So comfortable. We drove to Portugal & back, so we were intimate. Great way to travel & see everything. The checking staff were so helpful, Layton showed & explained everything concisely & efficiently. Thanks to the depot staff they were so friendly .

Everything was great! Tire pressure was a little low. A check before returning the vehicle would have been helpful.
Alles super! Reifendruck war etwas niedrig. Check vor Fahrzeugabgabe wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Everything was great. My friends and I used road surfer 2 years ago and your service was much better. I look forward to possibly doing it again when I have time. Will recommend to others! Had a wonderful trip with no issues!

We were extremely happy with the van. It was new, everything was clean and top notch. This definitely won't be the last time we go on holiday with you. ;)
Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Van. Der war sowie neu, alles sauber und top. Das war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir Urlaub mit euch machen. ;)

The staff members were friendly and accommodating.
But, it was a change of van last minute as there was a leaking pipe on the van we were supposed to have. This should have been sorted prior to our arrival.
This meant that the van we received had a number of issues that we have spoken to customer support about:
Eg. Leaking kitchen tap
Broken window
Broken cupboards
No ladder
Previous people’s dirty bedding and rubbish.
Car seats were also unsuitable for infants - although this was refunded.
The staff members were friendly and accommodating.

Everything went smoothly. After a short wait, we received a completely new camper for our trip. Everything was explained to us and we were able to drive off. Returning the camper also went smoothly. We'd be happy to do it again!
Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Nach kurzer Wartezeit haben wir einen komplett neuen Camper für unsere Reise erhalten. Uns wurde alles erklärt und so konnten wir losfahren. Auch die Abgabe des Campers verlief reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

This was the second time we were travelling with a motorhome from Indie Campers.
I can only recommend it, very nice staff.
Größe genau richtig für 5 Personen.
Waren das zweite mal mit einem Womo von Indie Campers unterwegs.
Kann ich nur empfehlen, sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

They could equip the vehicles with adapters for French gas bottles, if you tell them that the itinerary will include France. Otherwise, excellent camper.
Potrebbero dotare i veicoli di adattatori per le bombole di gas francesi, se gli si comunica che l'itinerario comprenderà la Francia. Per il resto ottimo camper.

Interior rearview mirror unsuitable. The coordination of the interior rearview mirror and the exterior rearview mirror is not precise.
The interior rearview mirror should also be positioned lower so that - like in a car - the entire width of the road is visible.
No improvements for the team. Optimal vehicle. Not too big but not too small either.
Super comfortable to drive, also thanks to the automatic transmission.
Rückspiegel innen untauglich. Abstimmung Innenrückspiegel und Außenrückspiegel zu ungenau.
Der Innenrückspiegel sollte auch tiefer sitzen damit - wie im PKW - die ganze Breite der Fahrbahn sichtbar wird.
Für das Team keine Verbesserungen. Optimales Fahrzeug. Nicht zu groß aber auch nicht zu klein.
