Higher quality materials for the inside of van - i.e window and blind fittings. We rented the nomad van from the Split (Croatia) Depot. Marianne was the one that handled both Check in and check out for us, and we couldn't be happier - she was super nice, welcoming and helpful. She made sure to clarify all of our questions and give us as much information as possible! If you're every in the Split Depot, make sure to ask for her! Regarding the van itself, we found that the fittings were quite fragile and needed very gentle handling in order to work - which we can understand and accept in a rental van, at the end of a busy season. Van is easy to drive and quite efficient regarding fuel consumption. Overall very pleasant experience!

Allow for the second bed to be removed. Overall good experience. I like how you can chat to a real person on WhatsApp. That’s super important.

A decent enough knife for preparing food should be always on the stuff provided in the kitchenware package. We got the Nomad, a very capable van on the road and a pleasure to drive. Our trip was 8 nights across Croatian coast including 3 islands, we did book the 175km/day package and found out that we drove just that on a median per day, 1500km overall. The local manager (Lovren, a great guy) made the pick-up process painless and very very easy for us! Thanks Lovren. Would repeat with Indie Campers.

Great van and really enjoyed having the freedom to explore Croatia. One small suggestion would be to improve the bed. It is very hard and uncomfortable and had no ventilation. Other than that everything was great (super hot) but great 😉

Had a great trip, Lovre from the split depot was very friendly and helpful. We were advised every country in the EU would let us in with our car documents being copies. Romania doesn’t, and we also encountered issues at the Bulgarian border, and the Montenegro border. Letting travellers know these countries are excluded would save some time.

Mehr Details zur Beschreibung des Campers, zB Equipment wie Besteck, Spülmittel usw. Damit man weiß was vorhanden ist und was nicht. Glasflaschen „Regelung“ ist Glückssache, eine volle wäre toll. Und eine größere Bettdecke bzw. Laken Der Service vor Ort war sehr freundlich, entspannt und das Fahrzeug wurde verständlich erklärt. Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen mit unserem Camper & möchten diese Erfahrung nicht missen!

More details about the description of the camper, e.g. equipment such as cutlery, washing-up liquid, etc. So that you know what is available and what is not. Glass bottles "regulation" is a matter of luck, a full one would be great. And a larger duvet or sheet. The service on site was very friendly, relaxed and the vehicle was explained clearly. We had two wonderful weeks with our camper and wouldn't want to miss this experience!

There were a couple of issues the maintainer let us know about, that he couldn't fix due to indie camper policy. I'd recommend changing the company policy to offering full tanks of fuel, update the bedding, possibly offer towels for rent (for overseas travelers). Ridiculous deposit requirements, charging extra for any pick up or drop off times - disappointing. The gentleman looking after the vehicles and pick up/drop off was incredible, definitely made our experience much better than without him. Thank you. However the indie camper policies are frustrating, confusing and not customer focused. Well done to Lovre for keeping those vehicles going in a junkyard! Good luck

A few small issues with the van. One blind not working etc. But nothing major and nothing that would impact the fun we had. Great experience - the guy who runs the company in Split was very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. We had a great week and the camper van was perfect for us. Excellent trip. Lots of amazing memories.

Croatia team was fab. Lovre was very helpful on arrival showing us how to use the van - and also When we messaged him on the road.

Tiago, the guy who checked us in and out, was amazing. Although the caravans were a little poorly maintained due to previous customers, Tiago did everything he could to deliver the motorhome to us in the best conditions and solved the problem we had with the only key that Indie Campers provides. Tiago was super friendly and an excellent professional. We really enjoyed the caravan trip in Croatia in Split.
