Nuestra experiencia ha sido buena, si que es verdad que sería bueno dar la furgo en excelentes condiciones, ya que hemos ido con la luz del faro izquierdo fundida, no nos ha retrasado en nuestro viaje pero si que podríamos haber aprovechado más las noches conduciendo. Nuestra experiencia ha sido buena!

Brilliant service. Salome was apologetic with our fault (smell of diesel) and rectified the issue quickly. Amine was also great, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend. Fantastic company to hire from. This is our second hire and we will undoubtedly use again.

The local team, especially Kate, was great and went way above and beyond. They made the experience worth it and I would do it again.
One issue is I ended up paying for an early pickup at 10am when it turned out that it wasn’t necessary. The local team had it ready and was at work for me at 9am so I didn’t need to pay a fee for early pickup as I was made to believe online. I would really appreciate that early pickup fee to be refunded because it wasn’t necessary and caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Other than that I was happy with the service. Thanks Window sensor for heater had an issue but was able to be fixed.

Spiegare meglio l’utilizzo del frigorifero perché non è chiaro dalla vostra guida che anche al minimo, consuma molto per la batteria del VAN. Ottima esperienza, ci sono posti favolosi per dormire in Portogallo a contatto con la natura.

Recommendations for nice campsites in the region would have been nice. Otherwise everything was perfect :) Die Staff at the pick up was really nice, gave us super recommendations. The camper was easy to drive, comfortable, the power lasted for a week. The size was perfect, even if we are two tall persons. Price was good. We just didn't have 2000 Euro deposit at the beginning and then took the deposit for 500 Euro.
All in all 10/10 points :)

Some drawers and doors don't close properly with doors slamming when cornering, window covers some broken. Great van experience, highly recommended!
Certains tiroirs et portes ne ferment pas bien avec les portes qui claquent dans les virages, les caches pour les fenêtres certains cassés Super expérience en van, nous recommandons !

There were a few repairs that needed attending too before our journey
We had to stop in Rome to ge cupboards fixed as every time we turned a corner they flew out Staff were great issues were fixed and the vehicle was reliable and handled well

We had a fabulous trip and thought check in and out was excellent. A few minor criticisms - the mattress protector did not fit, the bed cover was dirty and the duvet and pillows very thin. It would have been good to have a fly screen on the door and a step to enter the van. The electric cable was not long enough. As we did not need the second bed it would be preferable to remove it as it was very high to climb up on - as I am quite short. Minor issues but for 11
