Checking everything before delivery, such as the gas, that everything works and emphasizing cleanliness. They would need to have roadside assistance so that we do not have to go to your depot. In general, regardless of the fact that they have given us a vehicle with an almost used gas cylinder that lasted us 3 days and the water pump broken, they have solved the situation in a serious and professional manner, which is why we consider them a serious company.
Revisando todo antes de entregar como por ejemplo el gas, que todo funcione y hacer incapie en la limpieza. Necesitarian disponer de asistencia en carretera para que no nos tengamos que desplazar al depósito de ustedes. En general independientemente de que nos hayan dado un vehículo con bombona casi gastada que nos duró 3 días y la bomba de agua rota, nos han solventando la situación de forma seria y profesional por ello los consideramos una empresa seria.

The shower drain could be checked before delivery, so that it is not clogged. The service of the staff was excellent. Very good service. A bit far from Seville, so you have to take a taxi or Uber if you are coming from the airport. The staff was very nice :)
Se podría revisar el desagüe de la ducha antes de entregar, para que no este atascado. El servicio del personal excelente. Muy buen servicio. Un poco lejos de Sevilla, así que tienes que cojer taxi o uber si vienes del aeropuerto. El personal muy majo :)

Bike rack at the back, can you have an option to remove it or rent out bikes.
Include a floor mat to add in front of the entrance to keep it more clear! Loved it so much! It was such a great experience we would do it again and again.

As a reminder, customers should leave the fuel tank full when they return it, previously filling the fuel tank of the vehicle to be rented, this way money is not lost by filling all the vehicles at the same time, and there would be no problem with customers and how they leave the fuel tank. Let them experience the trip for themselves and enjoy the experience.
Como recordaciones, que los clientes dejen el depósito de combustible lleno a la hora de entregarlo, previamente ir llenando el depósito de combustible del vehículo que se vaya a alquilar, de esta forma no se pierde dinero en llenar todos los vehículos al mismo tiempo, y no habría problema con los clientes y como dejan el depósito de combustible. Que vivan el viaje por ellos mismos y que disfruten de la experiencia

Make sure the gas cylinders are full. The pop top is great but you have to open the zips or you'll die of heat.
