Leave all the jack and tools in one spot for a mildly confused mechanic like me next time:))

Have more options for pick up and drop off times. Aside from that, thank you for so many wonderful amenities. I definitely wanna get a jeep just like this in the future, but this will do until then. Such an awesome resource.

Some vehicle improvements would be nice. Like rear drink cup holders. Brakes were a little soft but not unsafe, just a driving preference. Perfect for 2 or 4 people to enjoy all the area parks. We drove the coast to Olympic to Mt Rainier. Perfect for storing gear and doing all the essentials on the road. Easy to drive for a normal car driver. All the equipment t was easy to understand and use. Would recommend.

Perhaps a little more information about locations of light switches and a more complete bedding set We really had a great trip and the van was very comfortable for the 2 of us

Had to wait a bit for them to clean the van after introducing it they realized it was still a bit dirty. Glad they took the initiative to clean it and send us off in a good way Sensor for grey water was way off

Check out took longer than we expected. The vehicle was not in the expected state when we got it. We had 2/3 a tank of gas, propane advertised as empty although it was in fact full when we got it. The vehicle also had no water. Having a printout of vehicle info on board for the trip could be helpful. Solis was great for our family of four to road trip around Olympic and Mt Rainier National Parks. At 19 ft, the relatively short vehicle length suited almost every campground and was not hard to drive on mountain roads.

When we picked up the RV in Seattle it was pretty under staffed and a bit chaotic in the warehouse, the guy was nice enough just not much info while we were waiting, no where to wait or sit, stuff every where etc. Was told septic tank was empty, toilet backed up on first use so obviously wasn't empty. Vehicle didn't have an awning as in rental picture, not a massive deal but a big part of RV'ing is road side chilling, hard to do in direct sunlight. Vehicle didn't look like it had been cleaned on the outside from the last rental. The LA branch where we dropped off was like a different company to the Seatle pick up branch. Seattle there was just one guy (he was nice enough), no where to sit, no info, LA nice and big AC office, lots of friendly staff etc. Vehicle was generally ok, ours felt like it had done some hard miles and was a bit clunky, guess to be expected from a large vehicle. Everything worked as should apart from a tank sensor which said black water was full when empty, and we had anairlock so no water when not plugged into public, tried to get help from the IC app but they kept asking for videos of the tap not working, so gave up, luckily we were at main water every stop. All that aside we had the best time and cant wait to do it all again..

All in all I had great experience. We loved our van and didn't have any issues along the way. Smaller annoyances related to the pick up: - had to wait 45 min past our pick up time to get someone to help us - they were still cleaning the car as we were to pick it up. - the van had not been washed on the exterior. Not even the windshield. - they had no comforters for us and asked to buy it ourselves (with promise of being reimbursed). It's a reasonable solution in this case, but I don't think customers should be asked to do that.

Cars were not cleaned in advance. Apart from that the service and the car itself were very good! We returned the car in LA, but have not yet received an email from the confirmation. After several times of contact still no message The jeep wrangler is an excellent vehicle to combine camping and hotels

My vehicle was clean and new. My unit only had 1/4 tank of gas. It would have been nice to start with a full tank. Everything else was great. I will rent again. The unit we had was perfect for us. It was clean and in great shape. I will rent again.

Offices for pick up and check out could look more professional to the public. A check out email in stead of survey would help. We had a good experience with the Solis camper but the Four Winds worked better for us (2 adults and 2 -20 pounds each- dog). Having a real mattress is a very comfy treat with traveling in RV.

Some written checklists / use guides would be helpful. Despite having watched the tutorial video ahead of time and getting an onsite walkthru with Mike, the many systems and processes involved with the van were still a lot to comprehend and take in for first-timers. Also cell service was spotty at best so we couldn’t always refer to website info/faqs. Having something in writing, in-hand in the unit would help. We were charged for LP use at the end of the trip and neither my husband nor I recalled hearing it mentioned that it needed to be refilled before return. We just assumed we used what was available and knew where the fill it if it ran out while on the trip. That sort of thing on a checklist would provide assurance while on the road and alleviate surprises upon return. We had a great first trip in a campervan and first visit to the Olympic Peninsula. The Solis van was clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, comfy, easy to drive and so convenient for getting into any parking spots or campsites. Mike and team were friendly and helpful at pickup and drop off. Pickup location is a little hidden and needs some signage; providing some printed checklists and/or use guides in the camper for the many onboard systems would be helpful (especially for newbies like us - cell service in the area was spotty so we couldn’t always access the website or tutorial video) Overall, a really great experience and we expect to use Indie Campers again for future adventures!

We had the best experience with Indie Campers! They were so simple to work with, no hidden fees, everything was straight forward on cost and their staff was so flexible and a accommodating. The camper was super clean & nice. Literally no issues with the vehicle- looked brand new and everything functioned that way. Perfect for our little family and our trip to the Olympics! Special shout out to Karl. He was AWESOME. We will definitely book again soon because of Indie & Karl!
