The exterior was filthy! Some of the windows did not lock so our belongings were never fully secure. Turning on some equipment, like the microwave and heat - checking waste levels… were not that easy to figure out. Perhaps some short videos on how to do these posted to your site, would help. Other than that. We had a blast. We rented the four winds plus to accommodate me and my two adult sons. Plenty of room! We toured San Francisco, Sequoia National and Lake Tahoe! What a blast!

We enjoyed the ride! Pretty dirty when we picked it up, but we were just transferring it so it’s not that big of a deal. The bathroom vent had a broken handle.

Clean up, for sure! Really is for 2 adults. Would do for a family with children on camping sites, but not for 4 adults. Would recommend the Solis for boondocking, roadtrip, state parks, city visits…sky is the limit! Thanks Indie camper!

It was a great trip with 2 exceptions 1. Sewer pipe was damaged 2. Key for the camper was broken on the very first day

Staff was wonderful! Once we arrived at destination we realized there was no screen door, we were not given any bedding, there was a dirty sock in the upper bed. We asked them to take a look at the brakes. Our overall experience was great and I would and have already recommended Indie Campers to others. People new to campers, have disposable gloves with you when going to dump station

We were meant to Pickup at 2, we weren't able to leave until 4.30pm. Mainly due to understaffed, unorganised storage rooms, lack of proper procedures. TJ nice but overwhelmed by number of vehicles/clients. Other staff a bit rude at times and stressed. Overcharged 70 dollars for late return even though we were returning lunchtime. Water not filled Overall we enjoyed the trip, the experience in the vehicle and our first time in an RV. Check in wasn't a great experience because of the disorganisation

New vehicle in perfect condition, comfortable both as a driver and as a “home”.

Two set of keys for manual locks. Windshield wipera I would highly recommend them!

Van was excellent. Better knife as the one we got didn't cut anything. More cutlery and cups for drinking would be good as part of the package. Bigger pots and larger coffee perculator would be good. Fridge and gas burners worked really well. Overall it was awesome. We got everything we wanted done. Reversing camera was also superb and incredibly helpful. Great way to explore California. Comfortable beds, great to drive, easy to reverse.

- When we arrived in SF pick up point, they asked us to wait as they had to clean the car, it looks like the car wasn't ready and they didn't have enough time to make it clean enough, we had to spend lot of time cleaning up ourselves. - One of the tire (rear left) should have been changed, the tread wear indicators was in contact to the road. I wanted to change it myself (for safety) by the spare wheel which was new but the tools to change a wheel were not provided (we were told this is to not injure ourselves by doing so and sue the company afterwards... ). I found this argument really stupid, I am no lawyer but I think someone will more likely sue the rental company if the weardown tire would cause an accident. Anyway lucky for us we had only dry condition and we didn't have any issues at all, we also did a bit of of upaved road and everything went fine. - Also we booked the car for 2500miles but after only 1000miles the car asked for maintenance service. Should have been done before. Now don't get me wrong, the question is "lets us know how we can improve" so I focused on the few negative points but overall we were really happy with the Jeep, it's a good car and the camping equipment was very easy to use and confortable. We had a great time during the 3 weeks rental. Despite the car being dirty at check in and a tire at end of life we were happy with the Jeep, it's a good car and the camping equipment was very easy to use and confortable. No complaints, I had a fantastic trip thanks to the excellent new van. Thank you all at Indie Campers Its great, does everything you need.... but very thirsty! 12MPG (US) at best

Putting the table underneath the roof poses a huge risk in case of emergency braking. The fridge did not cool from time to time despite being plugged in and turned on. Prices for the millage are on the high side. Especially when compared to other rental companies where the mileage is unlimited. Great experience nevertheless and I would recommend

The floor was not very clean when I left. There was dog hair throughout. In the bathroom smelled bad the entire time. I never used it for number two Because I didn’t wanna make it worse. Other than that, the vehicle performed great. Really enjoyed my time and would use Indie campers again. Overall my experience was positive. The interior could have been cleaned a little better before pick up. Thanks!

Have a good trip, the vehicle was clean and of good quality and the advice from the people on site was great The only thing missing was the plate to heat the food, we had to buy it at Walmart Otherwise, nothing to say, good experience Thank you This vehicle is great because it doesn't take up space and is accessible in all car parks As said during the Check out Watch out for the front right indicator

I didn’t get the RV I had reserved, but made the best of it. Great company, the vehicle could’ve been a bit cleaner inside.

Exactly what we ordered. We just had one issue with the fridge, which was not constantly working because of a leakage of the propane-tank. Rest was awesome! Exactly what we ordered. The cleanliness, the accessories and the attention of the people who delivered the vehicle. I had to go buy hoses and items to drain the car. Very good service online and in Los Angeles

The water tap was broken. Be sure that this equipment is in a good shape when the vehicle is picked up. But overall we were really satisfied with the campervan Solis Air.

Overall, we really enjoyed the camper and the trip. A few things: we didn’t get a hose when we picked up the van but fortunately made do. We also purchased our own Fastrack pass, and it got charged for tolls but we also got a charge from you (we are going to connect with customer service to see what can be done). We also returned the vehicle with more gas than when we got it. Thank you

I did wait over an hour for my vehicle to begin with. Everyone was really nice tho. It did seem kinda dirty, but I didn’t care, I just wanted to go. Other than that it was great. It was the perfect size for what I needed.
