Despite the negative reviews we read, which made us a bit stressed when it came to returning the deposit, everything was perfect. The pick-up and delivery were fast and the colleagues who helped us were very attentive. We didn't need roadside assistance but we did use WhatsApp for some queries and they resolved them immediately. The deposit was returned at the time of delivery. The only thing was that the van hadn't been thoroughly cleaned inside and the burners were a bit dirty and there were some ice creams in the freezer and a razor blade in the bathroom. Although in general it was clean. And the operation of the van, both heating and water, shower and kitchen, was perfect. I imagine it's a matter of luck and also of being interested in knowing how things work, trying them out there with them on delivery and above all being careful. Good experience.

Check in top with Amina The camper van was almost new with a little over 6000 km I did more than 2500km with my 7 year old son to Spain everything went very well the van is very well equipped my son particularly appreciated the bed above the van!

Regards The vehicle is totally new, it is perfect for our trip. However, we had a slight dent and it was very difficult for us to get the roadside assistance service to give us the insurance details to make the friendly report.

In general, we enjoyed booking with Indie. Communication was clear and we had a smooth pick up and drop off. The bed was comfortable! We also didn’t have any issues with the campervan. However, we didn’t think the built of the car was really sturdy, some wooden parts of the interior were chipped, even though the campervan only had ~12000km on the odometer. Also, the lights were really white and bright - not cosy at all. If you want a cosier atmosphere, bring some fairylights or something. Contact with Indie during the trip was great, they are 24/7 available on live chat. All in all, we would recommend booking with Indie Campers.

Cost effective way to go skiing in half term. Flew from Bristol to Geneva via EasyJet on the Tuesday (cheap flights at nice times - airports not busy) We walked to the pick up point but would recommend getting the free number 5 bus which gets you much closer. Van pick up went well. Guys were friendly and helpful and the van was ideal. Nothing fancy and a bit marked / well used externally but that made it more relaxing in a way! The deposit is hefty so remember your credit card. Nice van to drive and kitted out well enough. We drove to Bourg St Maurice to access the ski resorts. Stayed at Huttopia which is an excellent camp site near the Funiculaire which provides access to Les Arcs free with you ski pass. Such a cost effective way to go skiing even in peak season. Drop off went smoothly and got the bus from the Main Street nearby to the airport. Would recommend Geneva Indie Campers. 👌👍
