It was our 1st camper experience in the USA. Indie camper and especially John from Dan Diego's office made this vacation unforgettable. John provided us with impeccable assistance and unlimited availability. The vehicle was in perfect working order we traveled California from San Diego to San Francisco and back.

John ci ha fornito un assistenza impeccabile ed una disponibilità illimitata. Il mezzo era perfettamente funzionante abbiamo percorso la California da San Diego a San Francisco and back.

I think that everyone was exceptional and John Service was the best we loved him. He was a fantastic help. He’s a fantastic person and we would definitely love to work and have a good time in California being helped by him. We loved it. It was great since the moment that Jhon helped us out with the van. He checked us in. It was simply wonderful and we are really thankful with Everything he did what a wonderful human being and hard-working lad thanks Jhon!

It was much easier to drive than I anticipated. The only problem I had was understanding the height to know where it is safe to drive and swinging wide enough for parking. I would rent one again!

The front office/customer facing facade for the van pickup was non-existent and confusing. Perhaps get clearer signage with directions. Our van rental was easy and hassle-free, and we had a great weekend on the California coast!

Communication between local and customer service line communication could be better but as of response time and helpfulness, it has been very fast. Personally, I believe all RVs could have Bluebooth connectivity to listen to our musics, our RV did not have one. Indie Camping has been a wonderful experience. Our local client advisor Eternity has been a the best helper anyone could have. Very professional, helpful, and patient. Would definitely recommend and will be rebooking them in the future trips. <3
