One of the chairs provided was broken and the toilet door kept opening while driving. Otherwise we had a great experience!

The pump hose was broken- but otherwise we were super pleased with our rental! Thank you for such an easy rental in SLC.

The star lost for the local team was due to us returning the day after pickup due to a water tank leak and finding a note on the door to say they had been closed for the rest of the day. We came at 9am. The stars lost for interior cleaning was due to a lot of crumbs and debris in the cabinets over the back bed. Otherwise, it was a smooth trip and I was very happy with the service we got while there. I will likely use SLC Indie Campers again. The water tank did leak, as did the pipe for grey and black water, which wasn’t too pleasant. However, not only would I use Indie Campers again, but I have already recommended them to friends who have also used the service.

Receiving the RV with full fuel would be much appreciated and easier to manage when returning the vehicle. The RV lived up to our expectations, everything worked perfectly and the 6 of us had a wonderful week! The RV battery got charged while we were driving and also thanks to the solar panels. Once we stopped, it lasted for about 6/7 hours, so we didn't need the generator but to use the microwave. Overall, it was a great experience!

None, everyone has been very kind and helpful and it was a great experience!! Perfect sized vehicle for two travelers (can't speak to having two others since it was just me and my partner) - was very roomy and well laid out and we had a blast going around two national parks and their respective RV campgrounds

Higher quality dishes and a more complete set of cutlery and pans would be welcome.

maybe give more kitchen utensils to cook like a big pot, a salad bowl… the RV was perfect for 6 adults. even if it was our first RV trip, we quickly took control of the véhicule. the only inconvenient was the fridge that opened at every big turn 😅 otherwise, everything was perfect. no need to book a barbecue if you are going in national parks, all the sites have one. many thanks to the crew

We had a great experience. We used the provided video many times. The mystery is the toilet and I would have liked to know more about it before we went on the road but we figured it all out. Maybe explain more about where to get the tablet, where to do the disposals etc. Overall great experience

It would be helpful to have staff brief and demonstration of all key camper systems before leaving center. The videos are nice. But should be a back up to training

The cooler need to be started every time after the engine turned off. The keep engine stops working at the traffic light… we didn’t find out to keep it running. The tent worked wel and was cosy. Car and tent were clean. Cooking worked as expected. Kitchen was in general complete, can opener was available (😉). Maybe you find a more foldable table, that would be really more comfortable. All in all we were very happy with the jeep . Immediate respons, was very happy about it.

Please spend more time with your customer during the check in. We had a 5mn check in experience and this sounds too short. Overall the experience was good and we faced no issue with the vehicle. Thanks

No satnav on Jeep It was great alround. It is a shame that the Jeep did not have satnav. Also, the essentail cooking kit is very basic and with no glasses. The BBQ was pretty rudimentary and so was the gaz cooker.

The sewage pipe was faulty, which made our first experience of draining to the sewer a pain. We then tried to repair the pipe. It would have been nicer if it had been changed before we arrived. Great service, friendly welcome: nothing to complain about, the campervan experience was excellent. Thank you, Indie Campers.

I want to say, first and foremost the overall experience was great, and I'm sure we will use your company for future rentals. That said, there were a few major issues. First, when we got the rv home to load up, I noticed a few popsicle sticks on the ground, which subsequently led to finding melted sticky popsicle all over the majority of benches and tables. That could have been overlooked as it was a quick cleanup, but then the worst happened. We noticed on the morning of our first day (yesterday) that when we ran the sink in the bathroom the worst smell came out of the drain. Long story short, we picked up the rv will a FULL black tank and came almost to the brim of the seal on the toilet. Luckily, we were near a dump station, but it took close to an hour to get it flushed out and made a massive mess as it was so extremely full. I'm not sure what can be done, but I'd home we would have the option of some form of refund for if nothing else, the massive inconvenience. We used no propane or generator, so any form of refund or freebie on that would work. Either way, we hope to hear from you. Thanks, Jesse Fierro The overall experience was great, but we do hope that some form of resolution is found from the inconveniences.

Floors were dirty and the clean water tank was not filled. I swept and mopped the floors myself and filled the clean water tank- not a huge deal, but would have been nice to have that done prior to pick up. This was a fun experience for my family! Our motorhome was brand new and new is always nice 😊 it was easy to drive and the tutorial video was informative as we’ve never operated an RV before. Would do this again!
