Everything was great, though some of the cutlery that was provided could have been cleaner Overall a great experience. Would probably go for an automatic campervan next time as there are more hills in Portugal than we expected, but otherwise everything was great!

If possible improve the check in next time, on the phone it was difficult but in the end we did it. All good I will come back with you Very convenient for a two person road trip
Se possibile migliorare il check in la prossima volta, al telefono è stato difficile ma alla fine lo abbiamo fatto. Tutto apposto tornerò con voi Molto comodo per viaggio in due in the road

More (smaller) options for automatic camper-vans would be great Several little pieces/plastic parts (window blinds, freezer door) were defective. Nothing major, just some small maintenances to be done. Otherwise, we loved our experience.

We got the camper 90 minutes later then booked and some smaller things were broke inside and outside. Except that we’re very happy, would book again and had a great time. Thank you Unfortunately nobody told us that we get -5% on some camping spots

Can was on good condition, but the van models were switched at the pick up and I didn’t had time to check everything. Some things weren’t working as good any more (window shades, back bench moving) and there was a light to refill AdBlue which was a little bit annoying. Another than that the van and ...

When we book the bedding kit and we are four people, we expect that both beds are provided with bedsheets, pillows and blankets. We needed to buy an additional kit at the pick-up for 44€. That was not so nice It was amazing! Thank you. Next time again :)

There is no shower, it is a shame that this is not specified because the presentation video suggests that there must be one... too bad for a 6-night love trip.
But a great overall service. Very good but warn customers that they will not have a shower or offer them a Decathlon solar shower for €60

Mais belle prestation d ensemble . Très bien mais prévenez les clients qu ils n auront pas de douche ou proposez leur une douche so...

- Gemüseschäler wäre toll und ein 2. Messer zum kochen
- es weile toll, wenn man darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das Kochset nur eine Erstausstattung ist und eine Gasflasche ungefähr 2-3 Tage kochen reicht
- ein kleiner Brillenhalter beim oder im Bett
