We enjoyed the trip, would suggest fixing the mosquito net in the pop-up roof bed, and the rear door since quite some dust came in from there. Will come back! Florian Solis camper van ideal for 4 travellers, large enough and can still park in regular spots and go almost all National Park side roads.

Upon arrival, we were greeted instantly! John was great, he made sure we had everything we needed and didn’t let me stay outside, he insisted we came inside out of the sun and wait in the AC until the van was ready. He provided all the information we needed before we left, as well as offered us some small things we might need for the van. Like paper towels and cleaning supplies. He showed us every inch of the van, making sure we understood how everything worked. There were so many buttons, so that was extremely helpful. The whole process was fairly quick and boom! We were on our way. The van was spotless and had everything we needed. We camped like a king and queen, I felt extremely spoiled. Air conditioner in the van, a sink for dishes, a shower and a bathroom. It was super cozy and even had a fridge to keep our food cold. I felt like the luckiest girl. There was also so much space and storage for everything! A table to sit down for a proper dinner and they even provided a table and chairs to put outside as well. It was absolutely perfect. We plan to use Indie again next year. Indie Campers made our experience top notch and I would highly suggest it to any guy who has a needy girlfriend like me who wants to be spoiled. Hehe, happy wife happy life! ;) Indie Campers was worth every penny! Thanks to John again for making sure we were all set, and we can’t wait to do it again!

It would be helpful to have a notebook in the camper with instructions on how to use the various functions of the camper. This would be good for places with poor cell reception. The staff at the Phoenix location was friendly and helpful. A good experience.

We had an absolute blast and appreciated the service on both pick up and drop off. The van was great and we had a great 10 days in it. The only thing to be critical on is that on pickup the tank had 2/3 or close to half a tank and the invoice said full…I didn’t scrutinize it on pickup as I was in a bit of a rush but I had the chance to catch it. Easy peasy

Our experience was great. We had no problems. Everyone was very nice and helpful when picking up and dropping off. Overall we had an amazing trip.

Was cheaper to keep another night vs pay more for the small window pick up and drop off times. John who was there to help us check in and check out was fantastic. The whole process was smooth and easy. We enjoyed all of it and will use again!

The outside of the vehicle was slightly dirty when picked up but gets dirty anyway. Loved, loved the experience. Was so fun and convenient everything was nice. The only complaint was that the cooler didn’t stay cool so we ended up throwing out our food because it spoiled overnight. Otherwise such a great experience!

We had a great time! Camper ran and performed without issue. We were able to experience so much more with an rv as opposed to Airbnb and a rental car. Will absolutely recommend indie camper to everyone.

Nothing to improve, all was excellent. Frank was great. Vehicle (Solis Air) was excellent. Staff at both ends were great, Frank at the start and Nico at the end.

Had a great time in the Jeep, carrier us 900 miles across the desert. Only issue of note was the brake pads needed replacing, they were squealing since Check-In, but otherwise worked fine.

The RV itself wasn't the highest quality but that is kind of what I expect in a rental. Drawers and other parts fell out / off during our trip or while we were driving. Otherwise though, everything was stellar. The employees we interacted with were all so kind and wonderful. We had a great time and experience. Personally, I thought the size was perfect for 2 adults. I'm not sure if I'd recommend our size camper for any larger of a group or 2 adults and more than 1 child. I would also suggest adding a TV (or the option) for parents traveling with children. Or at least be clear it doesn't have one. Didn't bother us adults but I could see that being an issue with kids.

The team was really helpful and efficient and super kind. The van had a few minor issues- hole in water hosepipe, not all the latches were operational for the pop-up although it felt secure and the ac in the back of the van didn’t work. We had a great time though!

Everything was excellent! Renting from Indie Campers was extremely easy and straightforward. The whole process was seamless and we had the most amazing time making memories during our RV experience!

This was our second year with Indie Campers! We had originally booked the Wrangler but were upgraded to the Solis due to damage (thank goodness they were accommodating because we flew in from the East Coast and needed a vehicle to camp in for Coachella). It was AMAZING. Frank helped us out both years and I look forward to coming back next year!!

The car was exactly like the description, the staff were very cool and friendly, Tiffany did the check out with me and everything went perfectly.

More instruction on getting started and making sure it was clear what wasn’t working correctly or not new (like the stove missing pads and the grey water hose having holes). Also we got the kitchen kit, there were two corkscrews and no can opener, and the rings were broken so making sure that inventory was correct would be helpful. Check out was a breeze, guy was super friendly and explained everything

It would be ideal if the kitchen kit included coffee mugs, wine/beer glasses, dish soap, a drying towel and a roll of paper towel. Some of the wood panel strips are coming off and some screws need to be tightened to reduce rattling noise. The toilet cassette needs a really good clean (not just to be dumped by the renter). The local agent was very helpful and thorough - big shout out to him! We loved our adventure with an Indie Camper and will rent from you again!
