The team was really helpful and efficient and super kind. The van had a few minor issues- hole in water hosepipe, not all the latches were operational for the pop-up although it felt secure and the ac in the back of the van didn’t work. We had a great time though!

What an awesome experience. The Jeep really was perfect for the trip. I believe we would've benefited with more lights. The propane tank was empty upon arrival, so we didn't have heat the first night. The check-in employee was kind but didn't provide much information and was hesitant when answering our questions.
