Everything went well. The camper van worked just like how the video demonstrated. We had a great time thanks to the camper van! We had our eye on the VW ID Buzz because it was so cute! It worked really well as a camper van, just like how the video demonstrated. Charging the electric vehicle in France was very easy. There were many charging stations along the highway and in every city, town, or even parks. It was a great trip thanks to the camper van.

Every thing was fine. Only problem was the oil light was showing red constantly so we thought we needed to add oil. As a result there was a bad smell of oil for a few days as it was overfull. Please make next renters aware. This is our 3rd time using Indie Campers so what better recommendation. We’ve used them twice in Ireland. We had a Nomad van this year (by our own choice) which was smaller than previous times. It was fine but maybe we’d prefer to go back to the bigger van next year for optimum comfort.

All good. All good. (Only complaint was the towel package I had paid for was not in the rig, and I was too far away when I realized, so had to go buy towels.)

Reverse camera wasn't working Some of the windows latches and extendor poles not working. Other than that everything was fantastic. Thank you Thank you indie campers, a superb services,'staff so friendly a great way to explore.

Check in top avec Amina Le camping car était quasiment neuf avec un peut plus de 6000 km j ai fait plus de 2500km avec mon fils de 7 ans jusqu'en Espagne tous c est très bien déroulé le van est très bien équipé mon fils a particulièrement apprécié le lit au dessus du van ! Check in top with Amina The camper van was almost new with a little over 6000 km I did more than 2500km with my 7 year old son to Spain everything went very well the van is very well equipped my son particularly appreciated the bed above the van! Customers should not follow the satnav from Campans train station. Customers should be advised that an Uber is essential as the short cut is across a muddy field or a long route on a big road. Chemical toilets should come with a toilet tent to make the California camper experience more comfortable. We would have been happy to pay extra for this. Very nice, polite and helpful team at the pick up/ drop off location

Was good timing and they were helpful and moving people through fast. Friendly staff who are eager to help. Experience was awesome and the staff was great on the drop off.

All of the staff were wonderful. We had an amazing time and will definitely do this again Wonderful!

Excelente todo! Tal vez podrían ofrecer el alquiler de cuñas para nivelar el vehículo en algunos terrenos no del todo planos Tuve que resolver algunos temas con el agua caliente, consultando el manual y Google lo solucioné, nada grave.

Everything is great! Maybe they could offer to rent wedges to level the vehicle on some not-so-flat terrain. I had to resolve some issues with the hot water, consulting the manual and Google I solved it, nothing serious.

Nothing to complain about, the Van was new and very well equipped! I make a point of honor of the warm welcome reserved by Amina who took care of our reservation on our arrival, good advice, very kind, and who shows great availability to help you or answer your questions! Experience to repeat as soon as possible!

The vehicle assigned to us was just returned from another rental and we had to wait until the interior was cleaned. We paid extra for early check-in but were left for more than an hour waiting until we were given the camper. This voided the intention of early check-in! The vehicle had only a quarter tank of fuel, and Adblue lasted only 3 days. Usually, rented vehicles are handed over with full fuel tank and other fluids checked and topped up accordingly. There was definitely no time to check the engine for these things before our trip. If a vehicle breaks down, it can easily ruin the long-awaited holiday for the customers! The vehicle performed superbly and didn't have any issues during the whole trip. The camper itself was spacious and comfortable for 4 persons with ample storage and adequate bedding. However, it was a bit shabby with multiple external scratches, dislocated lights, rickety rear bumper and some damaged windows, insect screens and blinds. Such image does not leave a good impression of Indie Campers! For a 4-person camper, the kitchen utensils were minimal; 4 sets of cutlery, mugs and plates while there were insufficient pans and other utensils to properly prepare some food. We paid for a table and 4 chairs one of which was damaged. We paid for a BBQ and we were provided with a miniscule one measuring around 200mm x 250mm and 100m high, which was inadequate to grill for 4 persons and definitely over-priced. Chemical toilet tabs were not supplied although we requested them. On the whole, the experience was satisfactory and the holiday went great however, such minor issues as mentioned would make a significant improvement on the overall experience.

It was our first experience in a motorhome and kids were a little nervous but it turned out to be a very memorable experience for our family. The staff at the pickup/drop off location on Paris was great. Ameer Hamza was so so helpful and great in explaining everything and giving us advice. Great experience.

We loved the Nomad pop top - staff in Paris were great. The linen hasn’t arrived from the laundry so they credited our bedding package and we bought our own in the next town. Very happy with the service. The depot in Milan is super busy - not really enough staff to manage the check in and outs. A bin that accessible to empty trash on arrival would be appreciated. Our service assistant was kind enough to call us a taxi - very helpful! Our van was quite new and the awning was great but still had the leg poles locked in. I let the attendant in Milan know.

I had a nice trip and the stuff was very kindly and helpful. But: I missed some of the ordered extras (bikes, blankets, bed sheets) and some of the features didn’t work / unfailing ( one of the cooking flame, the bathroom window) ore were to fragil ( the moskito net at the door and the plissees at the windows in the front). But mostly we were very happy! see above

Our van did not have cruise control, this could have been good to know before but wasn’t too much of an issue and there were some hairs on the bed when we picked up the van. Other than these very minor things, everything was great Our van was great and drove very well, no cruise control but not an issue at all. We enjoyed our trip a lot and would use indie campers again.
