Drove well , no issues , wheel chook for level and stopping on hill . Gas bottle on pick up was empty in Paris and no chance to refill also we need multi adaptor for gas . Checkout was super quick and efficient. Also good feedback on future rent what to get and look out for in campers

Was unable to get the gas cylinders to seal and had leaking gas. So couldn't use as a heating system. Toilet door did not lock so banged around whilst driving, used duct tape to keep it closed. On the first morning of use the engine warning light came on, but went off after turning on and off a few times. Would use them again.

Good morning. Comfortable vehicle, we really enjoyed it. The only thing we need to improve is the check-out. It said the place would open at 7:30 am, but we waited until 8:30 am and there was no one to greet us. We had to leave the vehicle parked at the door to return it. But the staff was always attentive to any difficulties with the vehicle's functionality. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try this experience. For those who want to enjoy an adventure, it is the perfect vehicle.

I can tell that we had an incredible welcome by Ameer! The van was really clean, all worked perfectly. When we had a question during the trip about something, we texted Ameer and he was really caring and helpful with us. We certainly will rent a van with Indie Campers again!! Thanks guys! You can’t! Just let Ameer hamza know that he’s an angel 😇 Possibly the most welcoming and hospitable vehicle hire experience I’ve ever received! We were greeted by Ameer who treated us like royalty. We were provided with all the essentials necessary for being on the move, free of charge! The van was amazing and loaded with technology and gadgets to keep us entertained. Certainly considering booking again for a future adventure. Thankyou indie :)))

I think some more support in terms of what time expect when driving in certain countries would be great. The essentials kit could have done with some better marking of what each bottle was for. Overall we had a great experience travelling with the van.

Everything went well. The camper van worked just like how the video demonstrated. We had a great time thanks to the camper van! We had our eye on the VW ID Buzz because it was so cute! It worked really well as a camper van, just like how the video demonstrated. Charging the electric vehicle in France was very easy. There were many charging stations along the highway and in every city, town, or even parks. It was a great trip thanks to the camper van.

Including the water hose and electrical cord would be most helpful
A small tool kit for minor repairs would also be helpful The unit we rented was large enough for the 3 of us (3 adults). I would definitely rent from the, again. Make sure you have your fresh water hose and electrical plug when checking the u it before leaving as they didn’t have ours in the unit.

The vehicle had only 5400 km very good. We did 2400 km in good condition

Every thing was fine. Only problem was the oil light was showing red constantly so we thought we needed to add oil. As a result there was a bad smell of oil for a few days as it was overfull. Please make next renters aware. This is our 3rd time using Indie Campers so what better recommendation. We’ve used them twice in Ireland. We had a Nomad van this year (by our own choice) which was smaller than previous times. It was fine but maybe we’d prefer to go back to the bigger van next year for optimum comfort.

Reverse camera wasn't working
Some of the windows latches and extendor poles not working.
Other than that everything was fantastic.
