Nothing to complain about, the van was new and very well equipped! I want to highlight the warm welcome from Amina, who took care of our reservation upon our arrival, gave good advice, was very kind, and showed great availability to help or answer our questions! Experience to be repeated as soon as possible!

Camper life was a great experience through Indie. Customer service was pretty great overall with minimal issues. The pop top camper was great for 2 people with plenty of space.

We had a great family trip! The vehicle was new (1500 km on the clock) and very easy to drive/handle! However, it was missing the tap adapter so we could fill the water tank independently! The wood of the table is made of composite... so the screws fall out... needs improvement... The cabinets can open while driving, which is also annoying! However, it was nice to be able to install ISOFix car seats in the camper van and to be able to turn the front seats without having to remove the table! The kitchenette and the shower/toilet room were very good! We can't wait to hit the roads of France again! 🇫🇷

The camper van was almost new with just over 6000 km. I traveled more than 2500 km with my 7-year-old son to Spain, and everything went very well. The van is very well equipped, and my son particularly enjoyed the bed above the van! Great experience to do again very soon. Thank you, Indie Campers!

All good. (Only complaint was that the towel package I had paid for was not in the rig, and I was too far away when I realized, so I had to go buy towels.)

The power cable needs to be extended another 2m as some places have power in usual spots which makes it hard to reach. Maybe a fan in some vans would help. Also, make sure people are aware or check to see if the power wires for land work, as I was unaware and had to figure it out myself. Make sure it's all charging. Maybe one idea is to have 1/2 minimal on return as it's not good for your vehicles to be run down too low; it could cause trouble for you and for a person hiring it. Also, maybe a mattress topper if you can use the AC on land power. Can you please let everyone know this? 😉😀 Maybe a rundown on tolls if someone is unaware of them, or maybe a booklet on them as it was hard to understand what to do. Maybe a restock of bedding and utensils is needed and a few fans. Besides that, the girls were wonderful to speak to; great service by the two girls I had to deal with. Thanks for our holiday; we made it and didn't have too many hassles. Lol.
