My expierence was overall great. I rented with Indie Campers as an easier way to move out to Colorado with my family. The Rv was as expected and we got great explanation and help from the agent. He had to change the prepared RV which was very clean on the outside because of a water pump issue. Have a dump station at the pickup location So great! We had so much fun on our trip. Only comment is to leave plenty of time for pickup and drop off so you make sure you understand how everything works

There were several warning lights in the drivers cockpit what showes up.
Just a bit more outfit would be good, coffee cups, blocks to drive one to balance the camper. The money worth :-)

The camper was great but there were a few things that we d like to complain about. The mosquitoe nets were broken ( sliding door, rooftent) the camper smelled moldy inside, and was heavily bruised outside (the renter before us crashed it).
But otherwise we loved it.

the Four winds is a great vehicle, spacious, functional and a lot of fun!
-it was not clean when picked up, found hair in the shower when using it, found old blunts in a tin can by the bedding area, and bedding tag under the seats.

Please double check checklist of items that should be included with each rental we had to double back to get items. Also would be helpful to inform customers that car seats are not installed even if they are already on the seats.

No improvements needed. Had a fantastic journey and very grateful that you guys helped with this experience. Staying at RV sites really helped. Don’t use google maps as doesnt give height and weight restrictions for US bridges.
