There was something with a very high pitched whistle when driving over 40 which was extremely annoying. Our table was a coffee table and not a high table to eat at. The sheets didn’t look clean but we washed them ourselves and the stain came out. The check-in process was 1.5 hours which was way too long - or would have been nice to have our expectations managed on that - he “had to get the vehicles ready” but I don’t understand why he didn’t know we were coming. But we ultimately had a great trip, customer service was great, and would recommend Indie Camper. Ours was updated and had good nav system. Our friends also rented with us at the same time and their vehicle was older, but they paid the same. That didn’t seem to make sense.

The roof leaked when it rained, so we had to sleep in the car the last night. The cooler never really got cold/stayed cold, so quite a bit of food spoiled. Other than that it was great.

We‘ve told Jose everything! It was a nice trip;) Lot of space, nice car, smooth drive, we’ve enjoyed our adventure!!

Some zippers on the door screen did not work and the screen in the pop up camper had duct taped holes on one screen. Two doors to cabinets did not seal so had to be taped. These were all minor overall. We loved our experience and look forward to doing it again!

Everything is ok, Jose from Indie Campers WAS FANTASTIC!!!! He has just told me that the RV motorhome is ok (already delivered) and has NO DAMAGES. He told me now that you have to refund all my first deposit (542.62 usd). Thanks for everything.

Véhicule très pratique à stationner car à la limite des 20 feet de long qui est un standard à ne pas dépasser aux usa pour le stationnement facile en ville.

Very practical vehicle to park because it is limited to 20 feet long, which is a standard not to be exceeded in the USA for easy parking in the city.

Minor discrepancy about generator usage (2.00 charge) that we did not use. Aside from that everything was great annd no surprise charges. Jose was a great help! All good, no complaints

I want to take this moment to express my appreciation for Jose. He was extremely attentive and helpful, especially since this was the first time I had reserved a camper and had no idea what to expect. When I arrived, I observed how busy it was with drop-offs and others coming to pick up their campers. He was the only person in charge, making me and the others feel we were his only customers, keeping us comfortable, and assuring us that he was doing his best to get to us. I do have one complaint which has nothing to do with Jose. It was inefficient technology.  Jose was struggling with a lack of Wi-Fi because part of his responsibilities was to document the condition of the campers by photographing them before releasing them to the clients and when they were dropped off.  I’ve got to give Jose much applause for being so patient and ensuring all of us were comfortable despite the unnecessary slowdown caused by the technology.  You are the best, Jose, and thanks for all your hard work. DG

First time renting an RV for a family trip and it was a great experience. Jose Ponce at the Jersey City/NY pick up location was Amazing! From the minute he handed us the keys to the RV, while on the road, and back he was VERY communicative and delivered great customer service! As first time renters he made us feel comfortable and worry free during our trip. We would definitely try Indie Campers again because of this. Collaborateur Indie Car Carlstadt très serviable et sympathique. 👍 Moteur, batteries, prises USB, frigidaire, propane ok. Service huile moteur à faire, liquide lave-glace=eau !, équilibrage roues avant pas bon, drap sale oublié dans tente de toit, 3 coussins au lieu de 4, porte armoire défectueuse (scotch), moustiquaires en TRÈS mauvais état (nombreux scotchs). Sinon nous avons passé un super road trip avec ce van.

Indie Car Carlstadt collaborator very helpful and friendly. 👍 Engine, batteries, USB ports, fridge, propane ok. Engine oil service to be done, windshield washer fluid = water!, front wheel balancing not good, dirty sheet forgotten in roof tent, 3 cushions instead of 4, defective wardrobe door (tape), mosquito nets in VERY bad condition (lots of tape). Otherwise we had a great road trip with this van.

Friendly guy, spotless and Brand New RV. Also the Location was great to geht Out of New York. Overall a great Holiday experience👍 Good vehicle in best Kondition. The kichen could be equiped a Bit better.
