Please double check checklist of items that should be included with each rental we had to double back to get items. Also would be helpful to inform customers that car seats are not installed even if they are already on the seats.
Space under mattress on pop top could use a vacuuming Solis was great for a family of four. A few small hiccups at pick up but overall a wonderful experience

The experience was great! Jose is a fantastic professional, and assisted us at every step. Just one minor software thing: the essential travel kit did not have enough bedding for the passengers of the vehicle, which was not clear when making the reservation. Maybe a quick update to the booking system can solve that. Great experience! Four Winds is great for anybody looking for a nice experience in nature!

Shower head is clogged, when it rains water comes in the rear window,
windows open when driving.
Broom and wiper for basic cleaning. We would love to go on another tour with Indi camper, we really enjoyed it.
Brausekopf Dusche ist verstopft, bei Regen tritt im Heckfenster Wasser ein,
Scheiben öffnen sich beim Fahren.

Installation of a well secured mini safe in the vehicle in order to be able to leave passports, wallets...
Very good service from the Porto team.
No improvements needed. Had a fantastic journey and very grateful that you guys helped with this experience. Staying at RV sites really helped. Don’t use google maps as doesnt give height and weight restrictions for US bridges.

The grey tank was full and had to do my first dump in the middle of the night due to overflow. Took time from trip and had to do this in the middle of the night. Other thank that it was a good trip I thank Jose for being understanding when I vented about the situation.

We didn’t have any issues with the camper itself so we did not need any roadside assistance. We saw in the reviews that roadside assistance was not great so if you can improve around that area and get better reviews we would feel more comfortable renting from you again. We got a new ford four winds so we didn’t have any issues and did not need roadside assistance. We rented at the New York office and dropped off in Los Angeles but both offices were very friendly and helpful.

A bit more transparency about prices and fees and about promotions being offered without expiring. We had a really good time. This was our first time renting a camper and it was easy to use and everything worked perfectly.

There was something with a very high pitched whistle when driving over 40 which was extremely annoying. Our table was a coffee table and not a high table to eat at. The sheets didn’t look clean but we washed them ourselves and the stain came out. The check-in process was 1.5 hours which was way too long - or would have been nice to have our expectations managed on that - he “had to get the vehicles ready” but I don’t understand why he didn’t know we were coming. But we ultimately had a great trip, customer service was great, and would recommend Indie Camper. Ours was updated and had good nav system. Our friends also rented with us at the same time and their vehicle was older, but they paid the same. That didn’t seem to make sense.

The roof leaked when it rained, so we had to sleep in the car the last night. The cooler never really got cold/stayed cold, so quite a bit of food spoiled. Other than that it was great.

Some zippers on the door screen did not work and the screen in the pop up camper had duct taped holes on one screen. Two doors to cabinets did not seal so had to be taped. These were all minor overall. We loved our experience and look forward to doing it again!

He has just told me that the RV motorhome is ok (already delivered) and has NO DAMAGES. He told me now that you have to refund all my first deposit (542.62 usd).

Very practical vehicle to park because it is limited to 20 feet long, which is a standard not to be exceeded in the USA for easy parking in the city.
