Everything went well with Sébastien, he is a professional and very friendly. Maybe add an adapter for the water hose so that it can be screwed onto the Camping-Car Park taps. Otherwise perfect, it has everything you need. The van is really great. Even if it seems impressive with its 6m length and 3.5t, it is very easy to drive. The Saint-Étienne-de-Montluc center is very professional and friendly. An experience to repeat without a doubt.

Atlas 5 is an excellent solution for 4 or 5 people, we found it very good both from a mechanical point of view and from the internal services (kitchen, shower, seats and beds). Very welcoming and efficient local staff. Some difficulties with the functioning of the fridge resolved very quickly thanks to the assistance via whatsapp. The only grey point: the curtain and mosquito net tracks are very delicate, as are the window opening and closing systems. It would be worth having more robust systems to allow easier and/or fully functional use during the rental. Everything else went perfectly, thank you!

The help by what'sapp was very good.
The blinds were broken, some were missing, the side repeaters were broken, the fridge doors were broken due to impacts.
At more than 1400 euros per week. I would have appreciated a camper van in better condition but overall a good service. I recommend. Ok

St. Etienne near Nantes is hard to reach by public transport from Nantes.

Sébastien Hubert, in Nantes was very helpful and friendly. The camper van was clean and his service/welcome makes you want to come back, thank you to him. My contacts who were not French had trouble understanding the fault. Then I was redirected to a garage that was not at all qualified, it was a camper van parts shop. I had to deal with my rental on my own, I went to Fiat to have the battery tested (charge sensor fault in the end) and I decided to continue the trip without the help of assistance. Customer service did not contact me again to find out if the problem had been resolved...

The electric cable is short and the adapter is missing. Problems in all the campsites. Very happy.

Only the operation of the van's power mode changes was a bit complicated to understand and explained very quickly. And the fridge was beeping non-stop even when not changing modes. Apart from that, everything was fine.
To add: at least 4 bowls and/or 4 glasses because 4 plastic mugs are too little for drinking, eating, serving....
And a pot for cooking pasta for example and a colander would be great. Because 1 small frying pan and 2 mini saucepans is very little for 4/5 people.

Abi was wonderful during our check in - he gave us a very detailed run through of how everything worked and was very welcoming and gave us a great start to our trip! Indie campers were great - the whole process and trip was very smooth. The team we met at check in and check out were incredibly friendly and helpful

We had a brilliant time on our trip with Indie Campers, Abhi at the Nantes centre was amazing and really took the time to show us around and how everything worked. Made all the difference with the camper and our trip, and would definitely be back again!

Even though the Nantes indiecampers depot location is a little isolated and difficult to reach at times, the check in/out experience was really pleasant thanks to Abi. He went out of his way to meet us at the depot early so that we could catch a train back to Nantes and even dropped us to the station. Thank you Abi!

The handling went very well thanks to the professionalism and attentiveness of the person who welcomed us!
2 suggestions for improvement concerning the reservation website: I would have liked to know that the vehicle was not really in Nantes, and to know the duration to expect by taxi or train to get there.
I would have liked the consequences of not purchasing the "gas bottle" option to be more precise: no bottle at all? Or a bottle with non-guaranteed contents? And to know that the gas serves: cooking, water heater, heating.

Abi was very helpful and informative and the vehicle was in very good shape.
The only issue is the actual location of the Indie Campers base, its a long way outside of Nantes. Abi was very helpful and facilitated me to ensure that I was able to make my train.
As I said over, the location of the Indie Camper Base is a long way from Nantes, and the train service is relatively sparce after 9 a.m.

Overall, great experience and the staff at the Nantes collection/drop off couldn’t have been more helpful. One suggestion would be if the RV selected - and paid for - isn’t available on the days selected a better notification would be advised and the benefits of the supposed upgrade.
