The personal who made the check in was very unpolite with us. The check out was all perfect, and the personal was very nice, calm and effective. The only difference in the car, between the online description and the reality was that it said it counted with that incorporated GPS and it didn’t.

At check in and check out there was a long wait. We only left the depot nearly 2 hours after our pick up time which we paid extra to do early. The depot needs more staff. The van was really good. However, either items were missing or not provided such as cutlery, colander, cups, tin openers which we had to buy separate despite paying extra for the kitchen ware such as the pans and plates etc. Also, most of the van was clean however, beneath the sink tray clearly had not been cleaned at all and was very dirty. Staff were nice and friendly and helpful, but there was just not enough staff for the workload. Ideal if you don't want to change the layout of the van each day after sleeping etc. Was nice to have the toilet and shower, and inside cooking facility when cold or raining. The van is easy to drive if used to driving linger vehicles. Watch the height of it on trees and other things. The vehicle was good on fuel economy too.

Next time have the windows, mosquito nets and blinds in working condition. It is not nice for a client to waste his time going to rv repair shops after check in for things that could have been foreseen before delivery to the customer. Apart from that cleaning could have been better. The rest was great. The car fantastico.

Super van en bon état, mais peu d’explication outre un vidéo sur le fonctionnement du van, donc cela nous a pris un peu de temps à tout comprendre.

Great van in good condition, but little explanation other than a video on how the van works, so it took us a while to understand everything.

Linker gastel werkte niet. Er was wel whatss app service waar we contact mee hadden wel mee ge appt hij zei dat we een aantal dingen konden checken maar dit werkte niet we waren veel onderweg en wouden hier niet nog langer mee bezig zijn dus we hebben het zo gelaten. En met een gas pitje gekookt. Voor de rest een hele fijne ervaring. Fijne in en uit check! Top!

Left gastel did not work. There was a whatss app service that we had contact with and used the app, he said that we could check a number of things, but this did not work, we were on the road a lot and did not want to deal with this any longer, so we left it that way. And cooked with a gas burner. For the rest, a very nice experience. Nice check in and out! Top!

I think you should allow to return the campers without having to empty the waters or at least allow the renters to empty them in the rental center by their own. It would also help to have garbage containers to recycle on site. The curtains pieces that hold them to close, were falling out all the time. The magnet of the main window did not work. Some other things broken but nothing very important apart from that. Water heater was working on a random basis. We had to restart it almost every time we wanted hot water. The staff was very helpful. Overall a pleasant experience and the van was woking perfectly. I would recomend it. Very pleasant experience overall. Good camper van with good mechanics and motor and camperization details. Nice and helpful staff.

Anche se è stata la nostra prima esperienza in camper ci è piaciuta un sacco. Nel camper abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Il materasso era comodissimo e sia l’assistenza che il personale al check out sono stati d’aiuto per supportarci in qualsiasi cosa.

Even though it was our first experience in a camper, we really enjoyed it. In the camper we found everything we needed. The mattress was very comfortable and both the assistance and the staff at check out were helpful in supporting us in everything.

Everything was great, we just felt there was a shortage of staff when we checked in and checked out. Grand California is very spacious and very well designed. We loved traveling with it and would highly recommend it!

Las ventanas no funcionaban bien, las trancas de plástico de algunas no estaban. Lo demas todo muy bien. El modelo atlas 5 auto Es perfecta para 4 personas, muy cómodo y practico

The windows did not work well, the plastic locks on some were missing. Everything else was fine. The Atlas 5 auto model is perfect for 4 people, very comfortable and practical.

PIU' ATTENZIONE ALLA PULIZIA INTERNA. IL VEICOLO NON HA DATO PARTICOLARI PROBLEMI MECCANICI. PECCA UN POCHINO IL FUNZIONAMENTO DEL FRIGORIFERO CHE NON GARANTISCE UNA FRESCHEZZA CONTINUA. INTERNAMENTE BEN ORGANIZZATO, SEMBRA UN POCHINO DELICATO NEGLI ACCESSORI, ABBIAMO TROVATO DIVERSI PARTICOLARI ROTTI, COME TENDINE VARIE, OSCURANTI ECC... DA EX CAMPERISTA PERO' MI RENDO CONTO CHE MOLTO DIPENDE ANCHE DA COME VENGONO UTILIZZATI, QUINDI CONSIGLIO A TUTTI I VIAGGIATORI DI TRATTARE QUESTI MEZZI CON LA STESSA DELICATEZZA CON CUI TRATTERESTE IL VOSTRO, QUESTO PER RENDERE IL VIAGGIO PIU' PIACEVOLE PER TUTTI. MORE ATTENTION TO INTERNAL CLEANLINESS. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT SUFFERED ANY PARTICULAR MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. THE FUNCTIONING OF THE REFRIGERATOR IS A LITTLE BAD, NOT ENSURING CONTINUOUS FRESHNESS. INTERNALLY WELL ORGANIZED, IT SEEMS A LITTLE GENTLE IN THE ACCESSORIES, WE FOUND SEVERAL BROKEN DETAILS, SUCH AS VARIOUS CURTAINS, SHADE ETC... AS A FORMER CAMPER, HOWEVER, I REALIZE THAT A LOT ALSO DEPENDS ON HOW THEY ARE USED, SO I ADVISE ALL TRAVELLERS TO TREAT THESE VEHICLES WITH THE SAME DELICACY WITH WHICH YOU WOULD TREAT YOUR OWN, THIS TO MAKE THE TRIP MORE PLEASANT FOR EVERYONE. ANYWAY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND ABOVE ALL THE DESIRE TO RETURN TO CAMPERISTS!!!

Very good service from the employees. They charged us 5 days of insurance and 5 days of extended mileage when we only had the caravan for three nights. I understand that the two extra days are for the early pick up and late check out, but I find it abusive, as the extra cost for this service is already high.
