Jessica gave me the RV with the best conditions. Well clean and nice smell. Jose receive us with a nice smile. He was so courteous and sympathetic. The RV was in good conditions.

In dem persönlichen Paket könnten neben der Bettwäsche auch Handtücher und eine kleine Badematte sein. Bei den Küchenutensilien wäre eine Schere gut. Im Schrank gerne Kleiderbügel. Außerdem Hanschuhe für den Abwasserentsorgung wären toll.

In addition to bed linen, the personal package could also include towels and a small bath mat. For kitchen utensils, a pair of scissors would be good. Clothes hangers would be nice in the closet. Gloves for wastewater disposal would also be great.

I would like to recognize the professionalism from the attendant, She was friendly and focused on support us even in terms of how to drive details. For the clients that are in the first experience i think that the Indies team would recommend or offer the minimum accessories as: Cleaning products/mini vacum cleaner/broom Bedsheets/gloves/barbecue utensius.

The camper was a very different experience. It was brought upon. Because my kids hate unpacking and packing every couple of days. We all loved it. We drove all around Florida, as far as we could go in 8 days. The staff was great to work with. Will do it again! Thank you!

Only item i would include in the camper, would be a coaxial cable for the antenna/tv connection. Everything was great!!!!👍 Ashley was great!!! The Camper was great!!! Thank You very much for the great service, clean and and excellent running motor home!

Overall very nice experience. Jessica on the check in did a great job. There were some people waiting, probably one more agent could help. By the way the rv inside had some issue: - The faucet on the bathroom was leaking everywhere - The Wc Lid were broken - Some interior items were broken too. The opportunity to use an Rv is amazing, just a little bit more attention on details. Thank you very much Very nice experience!

Petrol and gas completely full It was a good camper for a week, not a bizarrely large camper good size. It is described as a 6 person camper, but it is too small for that. 3 or 4 people is the max for the camper. The bathroom and kitchen are fine

I rented the Solis air it was lovely, I road all the way to keys save money on hotels also camp grounds found a nice spot for rv's indie campers us the best I love the service there thanks again a W for win

The passenger side seat belt needs replacing and the rear view mirror needs to be afixed properly. Special mention for the young lady that looked after us at checkout,she went above and beyond the call of duty, minding our luggage and suggesting some places to visit, she was responsible for making our last few hours in Miami even more memorable. Unfortunately we forgot to ask her name, but she checked us out on Saturday the 20th of April. Thanks again from Johnny and Murray.

Hello, I had 16 nights with the Jeep traveling around Florida. I would have like a mat to put on the floor when taking a shower. The rear windshield and back seat window should be more tinted to hide personnal belongings. Maybe a pillow or two and a towel could be very nice too. I had to buy those and leave them at check-out because I can't take it on the plane. Regards, When sleeping in à campground, it is a good expérience because you feel safe opening the rooftent. But If you are in a city, it is not that good. I had to sleep on the back seat a couple of times during my 16 days trip. I did not felt confortable opening the tent on a random parking lot or neighborhood. The cool thing with this Jeep is being autonomous so you could be able to park in the middle of nowhere and be fine. Not having anymore expenses every nights. Turns out, most the time, to be safe from people and police, you have to find a campground...

I booked a Solis from Miami. The camper and the extra sets, such as pillows and outdoor chairs, I ordered were clean. The kitchen kit was good except for the pan, which was overused and full of scratches. 2 beds were comfy. The toilet is a little smaller than the vans we used to rent before, but no problem. A hose was missing in the camper to empty the gray water. We could not empty gray water at any dump station. Later, I contacted customer support; and they confirmed that I could buy a new hose. The support team's return was good and quick.

Cleaning of Interior windows Very good service ! I will recommend

The corners and little areas could have been cleaned better. The handle to the fridge wasn't working properly so it was very difficult to get open. Some of the outlets didn't work, whether we were plugged in or not. Finally, something that could have taken $10 to fix, I was charged $270, which was excessive. Overall the experience was positive.

Rooftop of the Roofnest was broke, water leakt during a rainy night into the bed. No Problem on sunny days. ;-) Markus

First of all, we were kind of scared what we will find in Miami. Clean van in good conditions? Everything was perfect! The stuff ladies of indie Miami were really nice! They explained everything and we were well prepared for the trip! The van made the trip perfect! The V8 gives you a special „America vibe“. The van was clean and the engine was running really well! Thank you indie! We will definitely go again with indie in the US! 🇺🇸

When the van started beeping and wouldn’t stop, we called and got advice that fixed the problem. This was the only issue. The van was terrific! The only thing I didn’t like was how strongly the van smelled of cleanser. The van itself cleared out with time but the refrigerator smelled really strongly and it even made the stuff in the fridge smell a bit. I’m very sensitive to this though so it might not bother other people.

The vehicle was vibrating about 60mph probably due some wheel unbalance. The checkin and out staff Ashley was very polite, congratulations to her good job
