Nothing, it was great! Only the lock from the big door wasn't working so we couldn't lock the campervan. It didn't result in a robbery and we already mentioned it at Indie Australia.

Drying towels and dishwashing brush/sponge were missing, grill and shower were not available although they were ordered as an extra or actually included in the standard equipment, check-in staff could not answer all questions. Otherwise everything was very easy, the Jeep was very clean and modern and practical, we were happy! Easy and quick return, friendly staff, everything was wonderful!

Have the van manual in the van! We weren't able to work out how to use the Speed Limiter feature or change the volume on the radio for days Friendly crew, great van and a fabulous experience travelling up the west coast from Melbourne to Sydney - the most memorable part of our trip to Aus!
