Put a longer water hose for the external connection.
Add a small strainer to drain the pasta.
Easy vehicle to handle.

Supply can opener, flashlight and lighter.
Small multi tool to tighten loose screws from rough roads ;).
A binder with information of all the features of the camper when not able to connect to the internet. The addition of the space heater was awesome for the cold Outback nights.
Vehicle was very comfotable and all the driving safety features made us right side drivers less fearful.

Check in was fast and easy. I have used Indie Camper for other trips, but I have to say that the Australian team exceeded all expectations in service. I would recommend Indie Campers to any trip in Australia!!!

Absolutely loved it! Bit of a mix up around needing to pay tolls as we went, we were told it would be sorted at the end. There was no ladder in our van either. Having said that, we loved it and will definitely be back for more and recommending! It was so great to have our own toilet. The public facilities in Australia are amazing but the toilet in the van was definitely needed! Cooking made the trip far cheaper as well

Awesome check in. Was thrown a bit by the deposit so, don't be like me and read EVERYTHING before paying. Hey there, first off, the Melbourne staff are bloody awesome, and a massive shout out to the manager Kylie. I have not experienced such customer service and empathy ever. Only had a few suggestions....a hard copy of the vehicle manual and perhaps an alternative to net-based support as we were in a few areas that had no internet or phone reception.

It would be great if the camper included some flashlights, it was quite hard to see at night. Other than that everything was amazing, especially the staff! Had a great experience with the Indie Camper team, so helpful and friendly! The camper was absolutely great we had a blast.

At check in we kinda got the feeling that they was not 100% sure that everything was working fully, and after just a few days that turned out to be true but luckily the Brisbane depot helped out and fixed everything. Some DYI experiment fixes should be double checked before handing out the rental vehicle, other than that everything was fine and we loved it!

The car was easy and comfortable to drive, went smoothly on the bumpy offroad tracks, lots of space for one person and the tent on the top was easy to use and comfortable to sleep in.
The fridge only worked for one day, which was a bit of a downer, but since the outdoor temprature was not too high most of the food stayed intact. Was not offered any compasation for this.

Everything was spectacular! We had a spectacular experience! They explained everything clearly at the time of delivery, the motorhome worked perfectly, super modern, in good condition, clean, we felt very comfortable and safe.
I would definitely recommend renting from indie campers, we didn't have a single problem and on top of that they were super friendly. There was even a QR code to scan in case we had any questions.

great check in and check out service , i was not happy with the international phone service or online service when i needed help. i was nearly going to cancel until i arrived at check in and was given 5 start service at the depot for check in and check out.

Best car ever, I had an amazing trip to the Great Ocean Road and camp in the roof tent of the car. It was an amazing experience and I recommend it. The staff were very generous and welcoming, I would highly recommend Indie Campers in Melbourne

Maybe a better explanation of how to sort out paying tolls, only because I’m not from Melbourne so was a little confused how it works for rentals Jimny was perfect, capable of going on dirt tracks to reach campsites, awning set up was easy enough and provided a lot of interior space. Perfect for a couple looking for a short or long getaway!
