Absolutely loved it! Bit of a mix up around needing to pay tolls as we went, we were told it would be sorted at the end. There was no ladder in our van either. Having said that, we loved it and will definitely be back for more and recommending!

At check in we kinda got the feeling that they was not 100% sure that everything was working fully, and after just a few days that turned out to be true but luckily the Brisbane depot helped out and fixed everything.

Everything was spectacular! We had a spectacular experience! They explained everything clearly at the time of delivery, the motorhome worked perfectly, super modern, in good condition, clean, we felt very comfortable and safe.

The video you sent is super useful! I would make it mandatory for all the people who rent it to see it while they pick it up! It only takes 6 minutes, the users will have a better experience with the equipment, and the user will take better care of the equipment as well
