Very kind and helpful service by Reda! A few small issues with the vehicle interior: bathroom door would open during trips, bathroom window could not stay open, side window blinds hooks kept falling off. Other than that it was wondeful trip, will recommend!

Sarebbe utile dotare i camper di un inverter, pannello solare e un tendalino Ottima esperienza, veicolo funzionale e ben tenuto con spazi ben organizzati, frigo ampio.

It would be useful to equip the campers with an inverter, solar panel and an awning. Excellent experience, functional and well-kept vehicle with well-organized spaces, large fridge.

L'entrepôt n'est pas indiquer avec une enseigne apparante donc assez compliqué à trouver . L'accueil était top par le jeune homme présent 👍🏻😊. Dommage que le briefing soit en anglais. Le fourgon était bien. Quelque équipements qui étaient un peu fragiles a l'utilisation quotidienne mais dans l'ensemble ça allait.

The warehouse is not indicated with a visible sign so it is quite complicated to find. The welcome was great by the young man present 👍🏻😊. Too bad the briefing was in English. The van was good. Some equipment that was a little fragile in daily use but overall it was fine.

We had a great trip in the van. It was a good size. We weren’t sure if it was an error on our end but we only got a duvet for one bed and not the other. (Could be the way I booked). The pots and pans sort of touch the ignition button which could be dangerous. It was very functional and we had a great trip. Thank you The van worked well for 4 of us. Had plenty of space. Beds are close together so make sure you all like each other haha. Good storage for bags under the beds. Lots of draw space for food.

Nos ha gustado mucho la experiencia de ir en indie camper. Nos permite ir a todos los sitios que queremos y la comodidad de ir siempre como en casa. Destaco la comodidad de la zona camper y la de conducir.

We really enjoyed the experience of going in an indie camper. It allows us to go to all the places we want and the comfort of always being at home. I highlight the comfort of the camper area and the driving.

All fine.... Rented for 12 days. Camper Van in great condition. Enjoyed my holiday to the full. I would rent again from Indie. Paid the extra insurance and the extra mileage. Overall the price was good. At first i was afraid something might go wrong but nothing did. A perfect holiday.

There were a couple of broken things on the van (table, pop-top mechanism, seat buttons) and the fridge was intermittent. Otherwise it was comfortable and easy to drive/operate It was hard to find info on how to contact the pick-up office to check something before we set off but once we were en route the email help system worked well to make a small change to our reservation. The added fees were extensive and the pricing structure is confusing (eg a hefty one-way fee for a German van that was picked up in France and left in Spain - I wonder how many one-way fees will be collected before it finally finds its way home) but overall the cost was manageable. The workers at both offices were very friendly and accommodating.

Le modèle que nous avons pris un peut juste pour 4 personnes pour dormir la prochaine fois je prendrai plus grand l'accueil de reda est de ça collaboratrice à était très professionnel est très sympathique a recommander absolument un grand merci à eux car c'est la première fois que nous loue ont est on a était vraiment bien conseillé merci . La prochaine fois j'essayerai la gamme au dessus merci.

The model we took a little tight for 4 people to sleep next time I will take bigger the welcome from reda and her collaborator was very professional and very friendly to recommend absolutely a big thank you to them because it is the first time that we rent and we were really well advised thank you. At the check in, I thought there was too much emphasis on the negatives. Dont do this and dont do that. I was close to not taking the van and booking a hotel for the week. I was told not to use the pull out awning because it might blow away. This was one feature I wanted / needed because of the sun. The deposit payment did not work very well, just added to the stress we were feeling at the time. There were a few interior things slightly damaged and not pointed out to us, we found them on the first night and spent the whole week worrying we might get charged for them. We took photos and all was Ok in the end. The check out was fine, stress free and easy. The lady staff member was very good. On the whole a good experience and the van was very good and reliable.

First time using Indie campers so wasn’t sure what to expect? The van was brand new out of the showroom, which made the trip extra special. The team at the Marseille depot were very kind, friendly and professional. They go the extra mile for the customer. Exceptional service.. would highly recommend! It was a holiday we won’t forget!

Overall our experience was fantastic and the vehicle was top notch. A few points, contact with the pick up and drop off offices could be made easier and more efficient. Due to unforseen travelling issues our timing for collection and drop off changed but direct contact with th eoffices was not possible and therefore stressful. We wanted to assure the offices that we were still coming on both occasions but that line of contact (via a bot/onine service) seemed delayed. Also because our collection was late (presumably) we felt that we were being rushed through the check-in process. Additionally, a clear deposit return process should be communicated. We still have not received our deposit back (end of Day 3) and our vehicle was in perfect working order, timely and clean when we returned it on Sunday afternoon. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved the experience!

A lot of the fixtures were broken or missing. Insect screen missing on side door completely. The blinds on the door and by back seats were broken, managed but a bit of a pain. Awning wouldn’t wind in properly. Brilliant service on ordering and once checked in. A few small improvements could be made but likely caused by previous users so hard to turn around quickly. Would recommend.

Nous n’avions jamais utilisé de van et grâce aux explications et conseils de l’équipe nous avons pu prendre en main rapidement le véhicule. Excellente expérience avec indie campers. l’équipe de Marseille avec Reda et sa collègue sont très compétents et à l’écoute. Nous avons pu passer de très bonnes vacances. Un grand merci !
