I had a great time with the van, I was a bit disappointed by the empty AdBlue tank, and the two tires I had to keep monitoring. I did email the Indie Campers team with no response which was also disappointing. The team at the pick-up and drop-off in Rochdale was great. Alex was really helpful. Thanks again.

This was a fantastic experience! The first time we rented a campervan, and it couldn’t be better. ‘IndieCampers’ provide such a good service (pickup and dropoff), even online. The van was amazing. We experienced the road trip of our lives and we will definitely do it again. Thank you! :)

As a newbie to camping with a camper van, I think a booklet inside with some of the main things that could be encountered would be helpful. Like the notifications and changing gas, etc. As a newbie, I think there is a lot to learn, but overall the experience was good, and the local team at Rochdale was great and very helpful.

More fuel left in tank than required, excess mileage charged. When asked to balance excess mileage with additional fuel provided was told no which was disappointing. All in all though a great camping experience.

The nomad pop top was a wonderful drive and spacious enough for 2 friends traveling. The facilities worked very well. Definitely recommend the pop top as it was easy to put up and down and meant more living space when stationary.

We had a problem with one of the sensors on the window. It was linked to the gas, and it caused an error to appear on the control screen for the living area. While the error was displayed, the hot water wouldn’t heat up. After some investigations on our part, we figured out that the window wasn’t flush tight, and that if we placed a small piece of cardboard between the window and the sill, it made the light go off. As a result, the water started heating up, and everything else was fine. Hope this is helpful if someone encounters a similar problem.

Absolutely brilliant, the staff couldn’t do any more than what we asked them. They answered all the questions and overall the experience was amazing. We will be coming back again soon!!!!
