paying additional for a gas bottle is alittle rough as its odd it isnt included already. Bedding not being included also rather odd. Van service could be improved by including Services such as gas, sheets/pillows and better kitchen utensils (colander, good knife) in the basic rental rate

Was very happy with the van and the staff were amazing and made sure we had everything that we needed . Would definitely recommend renting from this location I really liked the Vw California it had everything we needed and we had such a good time

Fridge would not register the gas setting so we lost some food however we contacted the Support team and they guided us to fix it. And it worked!
The bed slats were not stable for two people and had to go under and put the slats back in.
