Great experience with Indie Campers. The van was in perfect condition and we were well advised and comfortable at all times. We will definitely do it again.

It was nice and easy to pick up and deliver, the team greeting us was very nice. The car was generally fine.

The van was good except for some small issues, such as the doors that opened while driving. I would like it to be taken into account that if you leave more gas than what was there, it should be reimbursed. Good experience.

We rented for the whole month of February. The van - a Nomad - was perfect for us as a couple. We had a great trip and the service at pick up and drop off was very good. A couple of things to mention to help others. The heating runs off gas and we went through 4x 5kg cylinders. Also, the green Butsir cylinders are hard to find and we ended up at Indie depot in Sevilla to pick up a spare. The only other issue was that the two fold up bikes we ordered were not available at pick up. Others have had this problem at Indie. And we had emailed a week or so before our booking to ensure the bikes were ready. Sadly, the only two bikes had punctures and no one had fixed them. Not a big deal and we ended up hiring bikes in a couple of places. Overall, a good experience with Indie and we would recommend.

The camper was very good, no problems at all during the trip, just one issue with the shower, everything else was perfect.

The pick up & drop off were quick, everything was explained professionally, the campervan was of high quality we would definitely use again.

Everything worked smoothly and seamlessly. We had no problems (accidents/broken things), so we cannot judge the customer service. Just chatted once via WhatsApp, and the reply was very helpful.

The experience was undoubtedly very nice! It was our first time in a camper and we had a lot of fun. We did a 4-night loop starting from Malaga and visiting Andalusia. We rented a VW Grand California. We always slept in parking lots (which is allowed in Spain) and used the services of a free station in Coin (for gray and black water disposal). The camper was brand new (20,000 km) and very tidy; there was just this inconvenience that we found a part (seats and part of the floor) of the campervan (it was a German-registered Grand California) soaked in oil; the pickup was done remotely because it was Sunday and we couldn't even ask to replace the camper. Besides this, the assistance via chat or phone always answered our questions and resolved issues efficiently. Some tips to consider for first-timers: they hold a deposit on a credit card for several days (like for cars), the distance from the warehouse to the airport or city center (in Malaga it’s 20 minutes by car and not well connected by public transport: we used Uber), toilet tablets (1 was already included and lasts 2/3/4 days depending on usage), gas cylinder (purchased from Indie Campers but can be bought at stations in Spain), parking or stations to sleep (in Spain it is allowed to stop but not to camp), sleeping pillow (not included), gray and black water disposal, water refill and electricity recharge (if necessary), dishes (included in the kitchen kit).

The campervan was perfect. The only thing was that the right window and the back right curtain didn’t work properly. I’m sure they will fix it as soon as possible. Everything was perfect.
