We only had an issue with the gas that was resolved at the Depot in Madrid. The only downside was that we had to spend time going back there ourselves. Other than that, everything was great. Congratulations and thanks to Gary for his work.

Despite the negative reviews we read, which made us a bit tense about the return of the deposit, everything was perfect. The pick-up and drop-off were quick, and the staff who assisted us were very attentive. We didn't need roadside assistance, but we did use WhatsApp for some questions, and they resolved them immediately. The deposit was returned at the time of drop-off. The only issue was that the van hadn't been thoroughly cleaned inside, the burners were a bit dirty, and there were some ice creams in the freezer and a blade in the bathroom. Although overall it was clean. The operation of the van, including heating, water, shower, and kitchen, was perfect. I imagine it's a matter of luck and also having an interest in knowing how things work, trying them out with them at the drop-off, and above all, being careful. Good experience.

We were very happy with the vehicle, the staff and Spain in general. We enjoyed Cuavas de Narja, the Balcon de Europa, the Albaicin, Alhambra, Malaga, Carchuna and more. The castles, gardens and statues were beautiful, wine and vegetables were plentiful and affordable, and all the people were nice. I don't think we would have had as much fun without the caravan. Aloha!

The vehicle is perfect, it drives well and is comfortable, maybe the mattress is a bit hard but I guess it depends on personal preference. It's great because since it's not very big, you can park it anywhere if you can't find availability in the areas designated for motorhomes. We really love it.

Everything went very well. The staff was very friendly. The van was in great condition and overall the experience was very good.

For 45 euros, the extra cost for the chairs and table is excessive. The table is good for the trash and the chairs are hardly any better.

My partner and I had an amazing week in the Pyrenees with this camper. We had everything we needed, and since it wasn't hot at night, we didn't miss the air conditioning. Yonathan took great care of us and advised us on where to sleep, etc. We will definitely do it again!

It was well equipped and pretty enough for the road trip. Everything we needed was in the van.

Great service from the team, the Atlas 5 motorhome is in excellent condition. We will use the services again. We had no problems on the day of delivery.
