A full tank at the time of handover would have been much more convenient and precise.
The coffee maker was moldy on the inside and the pan was completely scratched and had large areas without a coating.
AdBlue had to be refilled and was not taken over, in my opinion it should have been handed over full.
Otherwise everything was great. We were very happy with our camper, great value for money. The handover went completely smoothly. Only a few small things were a bit annoying (the tank should have been a quarter full at the time of handover, some of the dishes were broken or not clean). We would definitely recommend Indie-Campers.

- sliding door required a lot of force. needs adj.
- some plastic cover plates for screws fall off easily
- a window slider was not working properly
- window sensor above heater exhaust needed a fix
- gas bottle connection above adjustment knob was tight but smelled a bit during use.
minor first world problems...everything else worked like a charm and the experience was rich!

Everything was great. The camper was very good, very spacious and comfortable. They gave you a box with kitchen utensils, although I would take more deep plates because they are too flat and uncomfortable for some meals. I highly recommend it.

Excellent service, the only thing I had a bit of inconvenience was not knowing anything about the function of the caravans and at first I had to ask a lot, I thought there would be a manual where everything was explained.

We think that more kitchenware would be needed, a salad bowl... and some serving trays and some kitchen towels for example. The vehicle is perfect, it handles well and is comfortable, perhaps the mattress is a little hard but I suppose it depends on taste, it is very good because it is not very big and you can park anywhere if you cannot find availability in the areas designated for motorhomes, we really love it.

The onboarding was a bit rushed, and I missed some explanations that we later missed on the road, such as connecting the phone to the navigator, how the fridge works with the different energy sources, etc. But nothing serious. We enjoyed the experience. Good vehicle.

I think it is not very clear when booking the van if in case of doubts or incidents we should contact the local team (we thought that was the case) or you. We thought that being a camper with few km it would be in better condition. We were surprised that it was difficult to take out the table because the space with the seat was too narrow, and that while driving the cupboards make a little noise, apart from that when collecting the roof we had to watch it from outside because sometimes it did not fold inwards. On the other hand we have loved the experience and your response to incidents is great.

The interior cleaning could be improved a bit, the kitchen utensils box was very dusty.
The gas tank connection had a problem and I couldn't heat the water, nor was it really necessary. The overall experience was very good, the camper was comfortable both to drive and to sleep in.
It has everything you need for a road trip. Very happy.

Great team, very helpful There where many minor issues with the vehicle: the grey water sensor malfunction, fridge indication showed error when moved to gas; additional minor mechanical issues

It was a really great experience for me and my family. I would strongly recommend if you didn't try to go on a vacation with a camper van. Because we loved it. Thanks for the service. See you in the next vacation :) It was well equiped and pretty enough for the road trip. Everything we needed was in the van.

The only drawback is the fridge, which apart from the freezer doesn't cool anything and our food went bad. The experience was very good, the caravan drives well and is very comfortable for the 4 people who were in it. Thanks to Jonny

Better explanation during check-out how to fix issues with gas, if stove does not work. We had a great trip and we had a lot of fun in the Grand California. The camper was in great shape and easy to drive. The consumption was completely fine: 10l diesel/100km. The vehicle handover was easy and the team was very friendly and relaxed! We will definitely rent from Indiecampers again!

It was overall great experience. One of the windows was not opening properly but it was not a major issue.
What I would propose as an additional optional service would be a transport from the center of Madrid to the warehouse, we would've gladly paid for this extra service instead of taking buses/trains nor taxis. We had a wonderful experience, we traveled (as a group of 3) close to 1.600km through Andalucía with no major inconvenience. The staff was helpful and allowed us to enjoy the van and our trip. We will definitely contact indie campers for our future holidays.

The delivery was a bit difficult but overall I loved the service. Johny is lovely and treated us wonderfully. Extremely convenient for travelling for 10 days! I highly recommend it!

Everything was fine. The only thing was the Marco Polo's touch screen, which every time we turned it off, the functions of the air conditioning, fridge temperature, etc. stopped working. It was quite inconvenient to have to do a trick of removing a fuse that the Indicampers employees showed us to reset the screen after each stop. For the rest, everything was fine. As I said before, the screen every time we stopped the van. I think the employee who helped us at check-out also left a comment about this. Greetings and thank you very much.

Leave more gates open on Sundays Johnny and Alex were amazing! They give us really good service, explaining all in detail and providing us a ride when all the gate were closed because of a Sunday pickup.
