Overall satisfactory experience with Indie Campers. A few downsides regarding the condition of the camper van, which, although recent, had some defects (door handle that comes off in your hand, stuck telescopic bed, broken window supports). Cleanliness was okay, nothing more. Responsive customer service. I recommend.

Very responsive to answer via WhatsApp when there was an issue in the middle of my rental. Checkout staff in Paris provides excellent service. The van was enjoyable to live in for 6 weeks. Thank you.

Everything was great. The trip was very good. I will come back again. Just a small part of the trip when I scratched my car with the van while I was in the parking. I already have paid for the damages but I hope Indie can help me with this small mistake.

Rajesh was awesome in his service. We only had a problem with the gas valve, which leaked and we couldn't keep it open all the time.

We very much enjoyed our trip and will likely rent again- Rajesh at the Lyon site was incredibly helpful and explained everything we needed on check in, answered all of our questions, and was great to work with. Same at check out! The van met our needs for our trip and was overall in good shape.

The trip went very well and the various tutorials make us independent and allow us to easily manage the functionalities. Even with zero issues/breakages, we were a bit worried about the check-out because the process is not very clear.

Was surprised at the lack of an oven or microwave which reduced the type of food we could prepare in the motorhome. Otherwise everything was great.
