No plug for the sink. Blinds in kitchen broken. Found heater not working. Quick and helpful pickup. Great staff.

It would be good to have a phone number to call. I was also hopping to buy more miles while I was on the trip that would be a nice option to have.

Replace the back door screen / Velcro so it is useable. It was a great trip.

Perfect rental would not change anything We rented our RV from LA and dropped off in Las Vegas. We had a really food experience with Indie Campers and would highly recommend and use again

The best from start to finish! Great service, well done! Very practical and easy to handle, ideal for 2 people.

I wish the number for the local pick up/drop-off depots were easier to find, rather than having to go through the call center. I called the call center twice to request an early drop off, and was told both times I would receive an email back letting me know if this was possible, and never received an email from either of the people I spoke with. I finally just drove to the drop off center, there was plenty of staff and I was able to drop off the rental early. Maybe the call center could have just given me the depot’s number and that would have saved a bit of stress. Otherwise everything was excellent. We had an awesome time travelling with our Indie camper! We rented the Jeep with Roof Nest, it was so easy to use and super comfortable. Everything was in great condition and just as advertised, and staff at the pick up and drop off centres were friendly and helpful.

Overall fantastic service and the vehicle was an incredible experience! The indoor shower and toilet, as well as the solar powered electrics to the USB ports meant that we never went without anything

Providing a stovetop kettle / mugs for hot drinks / tea-towels would be good Plus to know in advance that towels for bathing are not provided, would be useful When travelling - check in advance that you will get what you expect - EG towels for bathing

Definitely surpassed whatever expectations we had, although we did not know what to expect. We are emotional leaving this baby and it’s NEST! Thankful for Louis who helped us check-in, and Alex for check-out. Only 2 things: Nest - help customer take note of the little poles for the Nest awning option as they were under-seat nor in instruction video. Communication - the mobile line is a bit redundant as it refers you to chat bot. A bit of teaser to phone call center only to be the-referred to in website chat bot and wait to talk to human. First time roadtripping like this with a home on wheels. Wrangler, its characteristics, kitchenette, box of items for cooking and cleaning, and Nest were perfect team for city to off-road, small enough and robust enough. Definitely surpassed whatever expectations we had, although we did not know what to expect. We are emotional leaving this baby and it’s NEST!

Closet drawers wpuld.not retain while driving, and we found that one of the keepers for the outside storage was missing on our vehicle. Overall satisfied with the experience. Overall great experience, team was very helpful and went over all of the vehicle details with us before our adventure. My family of 4 had a great experience with our Rv from LA to Sequoia National forest.

They gave us a hose without a tap and a kitchen kit without rags. The rest of the improvement is to be more transparent with the final cost in the initial announcement. There is a big difference between the price shown at the end and this should be better explained. There are also basic services listed as extras with costs. It is very comfortable to move around, also to sleep because it has a retractable roof. For a shower it is a little more complex because it cannot be inside, but in general it is very comfortable.

Everything was great the only thing is when it’s +13C or lower outside it feels that the tent doesn’t keep the temperature because of some holes in it Also, we didn’t figure out how the fridge works, the temperature was constantly +23C Everything was amazing! This jeep is perfect for roadtrips, it’s stylish, powerful and very well equipped. The tent is very easy to manage, I was very surprised!

I think you’re doing a great job. This was great for the three of us. I know that the four winds could technically sleep six, but I wouldn’t do that if I were you. Three or maybe 4 is good.
