The dishes was dirty from the people before us. We had a great experience all the videos perpetrated us really well to know our camper

2 things. Linen set is just for 1 bed, not 2. Would be good to know that in advance If you just want 2 drivers and no more insurance, you don’t have that option. Would be good to have more flexibility than that It was amazing to visits all the national parks

There were a few minor issues like low Tire pressure and low feel when we got the vsn but otherwise great van and nice experience Nice van and good experience!! We would use them again!

The condition of the car and equipment was good. At the time of collection the car was delivered to us very dirty on the outside. Excellent vehicle. Fantastic experience.

a quality check before pick up would have spotted some popcorn and crisps loose in the cupboard above the table, and loose items under drivers seat and under bed mattress above the cab area had not been cleaned. the external shower hose was the incorrect one for this RV, so unusable. regarding the kitchen items - espresso maker was missing the coffee insert, so was not usable. and would have been useful to have a good kitchen knife for chopping board. finally the outdoor chairs were well used, and missing a couple of the rivets to hold the fabric. But all in all, we have had a great holiday in the RV, so thank you and we will be back as a customer. great vehicle, making a great holiday. we will be back to use Indie Campers in the future.

You should put the burning man deposit up front on your website instead of sneaking it in at the last minute. That’s dishonest, especially when you’ve taken the time to mention you’re festival friendly Would recommend

Overall a fantastic experience, the staff especially are all extremely accommodating and customer service was fantastic! We had an amazing experience with indie campers! Everything worked perfectly, no issues, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly reccomend indie campers!

My original reservation was changed 2 days before pickup. I had to email and call several times and escalate to make sure what I booked was available. Luckily the day before, they mentioned a new RV was found and they changed the reservation back. Other than that; the camping experience was good

Communication with the local pick and drop off location could be better , they did not answer our phone calls or email . At drop off we returned the rv cleaned inside and we tried to remove the water and black water but it was not working. We communicate the team but they don’t know the problem. I was also charged for double after clean and blankets , but I only requested one . Overall it was a great experience with indie campers Highly recommend it, rv was better than expected

Perfect! The daily mileage packages are a bit short I find for this type of vehicle. Superb experience! The jeep drove wonderfully, the whole thing was superb for completely crazy discoveries 👍🏼 To do again a thousand times

It would be very useful to have an inverter Great for touring California and California national parks

Outside not washed but not a big deal. Might be a city regulation. Great experience. The highlight was the local staff. They answered all of my questions during checkin and check out. The vans get a lot of use. I’d pay more to rent a newer van.

everything was great! only thing is customer service- we never able to speak with someone after we left the store. phone number that give us was never been available all trip
