At the time of collection we had a really good time, the staff was really helpful and knew how to answer all our questions. We also got along well at the return. The vehicle was practically new at the time of delivery it was clean and ready to go!

It needs to be clearer regarding the parking of my own vehicle during the hire. There was a misunderstanding, which almost ruined the trip. I hired the atlas 5 motorhome to take my grandparents around Scotland. From pick up to drop off we had a great time. There was a misunderstanding with the parking of my own vehicle. Luckily the guys managed to come up with a solution which was well appreciated. The van itself was enjoyable to drive and very comfortable for us on our 2 week trip. The other thing I would say to anyone wanting to hire the same vehicle: take a European plug adapter and a kettle. Although the van is right hand drive for the UK, the sockets are still European for some reason. Also needed a sink plug for washing up but it was a minor niggle. Overall I would recommend this hire outlet in London. Cheers guys.

The exterior of the van could have been a bit better For first timers the VW California was amazing to have the first experience. The team at the depot was very friendly and helpful. Next time we will go for a bigger van.

Nothing to add, happy in all aspects. Our experience in the Black Forest has been wonderful thanks to having traveled by Camper because we could stop wherever we wanted, for this plan India Camper was the best option for quality of service.

We really appreciated the great service on check in. The camper had only 3700 miles on it when we got it so it was in pretty good shape. The vehicle worked great, the systems mostly worked well. The cabinetry was terrible. The drawers didn't have big enough screws in the sliders to stay in. Driving down the road shakes everything loose. My husband had to spend quite a bit of time fixing things that broke simply by driving down the motorway. The bicycles were a complete waste of time. The brakes didn't work on either bikes, the tires were flat, and the seats were miserable. One bike had gears and one did not. They also took too much space (pretty much all the space) in the storage area.

London site is best. Buy an air mattress right away if you're going to stay in the top.

I am happy with the service that I was provided. What would be useful if provided a physical card with contact numbers in the van . I happened to have old contact numbers and I had some difficulty in contacting the office about a minor a issue ( and I had difficulty checking email etc while on the trip) Very enjoyable experience supported by competent staff

Camper van was amazing. The drop off location was amazing they were very helpful called us a cab and even called them back to make sure we didn't wait outside for long. 5 stars 🌟!!! Easiest check-in and check-out I ever done! Definitely one of the easiest experience to rent a camping van! As long as you follow the rules and comply to the policy, just ENJOY YOUR VACATIONS

Site team were friendly and helpful. Please get them a better office and facilities. 2023 van with a number of cosmetic and functional internal issues due to previous hirers. You need to allow for repair time between hires. As an example, rear bumper/lights held on with gaffer tape and damaged. Wing mirror drivers side wrong model, constant error on dashboard. Wing mirror passenger side, light casing missing. Blinds - missing clips. Water hose too short to fill up on many sites.

AMAZING SERVICE. Would definitely use again in the future. Very clean, very friendly, no hidden agendas. It was Awesome! Highly recommend! We used this for road trip to the highlands and would seriously recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect caravan for a road trip No problem whatsoever.

The only issue we had was we used the gas for a night and two showers (very small) and we ran out of gas and could not find flo gas anywhere Overall great!

We were only given a double duvet and a single duvet, but two double bed sheets. We were missing either one more single duvet, or a double duvet. We were four people, and therefore needed to turn up the heat way too much to keep everyone warm since one was without a duvet. So that definitely needs to be checked up on, both from you and the one renting. We unfortunately were way too far when we found out. Our gas leaked and we had no way to tighten it meaning we barely cooked in the van since it would get too gassy. Else the check-in was really good, polite and professional. We enjoyed our trip overall. Great checkout, no rush from your side which was really nice. We went through the vehicle alll together where we commented on the leaky gas and duvets. Professional and polite staff, and very sweet of them to drive us to the station. All in all great experience with indie campers.

Perhaps the depots could be a little more presentable Drove very well.

My experience far exceeded what i expect from a rental outlet. Perhaps a sticker saying it was ok to have an engine warning light would have saved some worry early on The Nomad camper was almost new and was surprisingly easy to drive. There was room for all my suitcases under the bed. It was comfortable to eat, wash and sleep - provided- you took care to park level. I took a small plastic spirit level to help set up for the night
