The only issue we had was we used the gas for a night and two showers (very small) and we ran out of gas and could not find flo gas anywhere Overall great!

We were only given a double duvet and a single duvet, but two double bed sheets. We were missing either one more single duvet, or a double duvet. We were four people, and therefore needed to turn up the heat way too much to keep everyone warm since one was without a duvet. So that definitely needs to be checked up on, both from you and the one renting. We unfortunately were way too far when we found out. Our gas leaked and we had no way to tighten it meaning we barely cooked in the van since it would get too gassy. Else the check-in was really good, polite and professional. We enjoyed our trip overall. Great checkout, no rush from your side which was really nice. We went through the vehicle alll together where we commented on the leaky gas and duvets. Professional and polite staff, and very sweet of them to drive us to the station. All in all great experience with indie campers.

Perhaps the depots could be a little more presentable Drove very well.

My experience far exceeded what i expect from a rental outlet. Perhaps a sticker saying it was ok to have an engine warning light would have saved some worry early on The Nomad camper was almost new and was surprisingly easy to drive. There was room for all my suitcases under the bed. It was comfortable to eat, wash and sleep - provided- you took care to park level. I took a small plastic spirit level to help set up for the night

Everything was great, working well, plenty of space for four people, lots of storage units, very comfortable. Would have been great to know beforehand that the bedding set provided in a travel kit is only for one bed. Also, most window shades were not working well. The van on a video provided by the team was somewhat different to the one we had, which led to some confusion on how some things in the van work - like computer, the two middle beds etc.

Check in and Out was smooth Adi K has been very helpful on checkout. Worried about some reviews and being charged things out the deposit but Adi assured me we left it in a good condition and out deposit will be back with us soon with no dedications apart from the over mileage which is completely understandable. Thanks again! Awning didn’t work which was a pain. Other than that we were happy.

Aditya Kanada was very friendly and informative. He told us to download the apps we need for our trip. They were really useful. The vehicles were new (2023). We had no problems.

Great van and great staff. My family with 2 small kids thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We will definitely book for the next. Fantastic vehicle. Room enough for 4 people including two children. Had great fun.

A carrinha por fora estava muito danificada. A tampa da água não tinha chave e por causa disso durante a nossa viajem alguém a roubou e tivemos que ir comprar uma tampa nova. Gostámos muito da experiência e o veículo correspondeu às expectivas. É perfeito para uma família de 4. No entanto, a logística de encher o tanque de água, despejar o toilet cassette e carregar a electricidade em Inglaterra sem pagar é quase impossível!

The van was badly damaged on the outside. The water tank cap didn't have a key and because of that, during our trip someone stole it and we had to go and buy a new cap. We really enjoyed the experience and the vehicle lived up to our expectations. It's perfect for a family of 4. However, the logistics of filling the water tank, emptying the toilet cassette and charging the electricity in England without paying is almost impossible!

I was very impressed. Check in and check out were straightforward and staff well mannered. Would definitely rent again. With two of us onboard this was the ideal size for our 10 day trip. It would have been too small for any more people than that unless you bring an event shelter/tent/awning to provide additional space in any weather at your chosen camping spots. All the technical aspects of camper van life were easy to pick up as a novice and were quickly routine. This vehicle was very easy to drive.

We had a very good experience with indie campers while hiring the van. As I made mistake of choosing wrong vehicle and then changed last minute but they were very accommodative. Adithya was so helpful and making us comfortable with the van so our trip started with a happy positive note. Also Daniel while received the van was very friendly welcoming us and asking about experience etc. felt very connected and will always try to book in van from here for our next trips. Vehicle was good. All facilities provided additionally which is required . You can also add on tent camps on hire . And basic amenities on hire.

The staff at the collection point were very friendly and available to answer any questions. In general the service is good. It would be useful to further expand the basic equipment with kitchen tools and perhaps even stabilizing wedges.

Could do with a reversing camera! We got given the nomad pop up after the vehicle we wanted wasn’t available at the last minute. We weren’t sure about it initially but my kids absolutely loved it! It was so easy to set up.
